The caravan has a nice double bed  plus plenty of wardrobe space and enough room for a travel cot (which can be included). The other room has 2 single beds the shower is brand new.

The caravan has a large lounge and dining area, along with a practical and accessible kitchen with generous storage and shelving. All utensils are provided, including crockery & cutlery. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave and gas oven.

The sitting area is really nice and spacious and has a fold out bed which can sleep another two people.
There is a TV with a PlayStation games console in the living room which allows blu rays, dvds and games.

There are a selection of board games and DVD's and Games Console games for people to play.

We provide duvets and pillows, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels/tea towels.

Mattresses are protected and pillows and duvets are available in the caravan

On site there is a laundrette.

All I ask if you rent please respect our caravan and a small £50 deposit which secures your holiday with full payment required 4 weeks before your stay.

We will require a £50 breakages deposit which will be refunded upon checks of the caravan has been Carried out and all is ok

The entertainment passes are free.

On the site is a club house which has reasonably priced drinks and good entertainment including cash bingo and a games room and sweet shop for the youngsters, the club passes are free from reception.
Also amusements, shop, fish and chip shop, pub and a family diner is within a few minute walk.

The other part of hemsby with lots of amusements is about a 5-10 minute walk and so is the beach, this area has lots of amusements, takeaways, cafes, a pub, sports bar, snooker hall, funfair and a free indoor play area for the kids

We are fully booked till end of September and open till the end of October.
We are taking next years bookings for a small deposit with a monthly payment plan available.

Newport Caravan Park is a family friendly caravan park, a short walk to the beach with access to shops, amusements, bars, convenience stores, gift shops, takeways and restaurants plus an on-site Clubhouse with free entertainment & bingo.

Hemsby is a beautiful seaside resort situated on the East coast of England. The Hemsby and Great Yarmouth regions of East Anglia is a particular beautiful part of England with magnificent golden beaches, superb scenery and picturesque villages. The main seaside resort of Great Yarmouth with its non-stop entertainment is only 6 miles down the road, a comfortable 10/15 minute journey by car or regular bus service. Hemsby is a pleasant village with a wide range of attractions and interests for the whole family.

Rental period from end March to end of October. Full weeks, long term rental or short breaks available. Low Seasons from £125pw, High season £405pw. Short breaks are from £85 per break.

A non-refundable booking deposit of £50 is required to confirm all bookings, with the balance payable no later than 4 weeks before your holiday. Payments accepted by cheque, Paypal or bank transfer.

We also charge a refundable security/damage deposit of £50 per booking, which is refunded by bank transfer or cheque in the post once the caravan has been successfully checked for damage etc. 

Check in time is from 2 pm and checkout is by 10 am. 

Our prices include gas, water and electricity.

Newport Caravan Park is situated just 500 yds from the beach and only 6 miles from Great Yarmouth where there is everything the holiday maker wants, sea life centre, pleasure beach fun fair, waterways, summer shows, bowls, tennis, etc.

Newport Caravan Park has a shop, diner, hire shop, fish and chip shop, licenced club for family entertainment and amusement arcade. There are also two covered heated swimming pools each only 400 yds from the park, both are open to the public.
