Berwick has 2 beautiful beaches on the door step and a 10 minute walk int9 the town centre. Lovely walks and a loads of places to visit in and around Berwick.

A new luxuary 3 bedroom privite family home from home caravan with en suite and a family bathroom with a power shower. It has front decking with front row views over looking the 3rd hole of the Magdalene Fields golf course and sea views.

It has a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing table with hair dryer and sitting area. 2 twin rooms with twin beds and plenty of storage space.

All bedding and tea towels are included free of charge. All i ask is that on the day of departure you remove all bedding and put it in the bag provided please.

The livingroom has aTV with freeview and a dvd,game console and a gas fire. It also has bluetooth sound system speakers built in to the ceiling. A free stading large 4 and 2 seater suite. It has open plan living with double patio door leading out onto the veranda.

It has a free standing dinning table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen has a gas oven /grill and hob a microwave oven,toaster and fridge freezer.kettle and all kitchen utensils.it has many extras to help with your home from home experience.

All cleaning utensils will be supplied too. All that we ask is that you have a lovely relaxing experience in our holiday home.

Fun passes are Not included in the price of this caravan but are availabie from the main reception desk on arrival.

Passes only required for entry into the live lounge or for entry into the swimming pool.

I am so sorry to have to say this but our caravan is a SMOKE AND ANIMAL FREE ZONE because of serious allergies to a family member. So we please ask that you take this serious and if found to be in the van at any time you will be asked to leave and would lose your £100 good housskeeping bond and would not receive any money refunded for your holiday.

A £50 (none refundable) deposit is required on booking this caravan. I also require a £100 good housekeeping bond added onto the final balance that is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday date. This will be refunded within 7 days after your stay provided the caravan has no breakages or spillages or damage and is left clean and how you found it. All i ask is that you remove the bedding and put it in the bag provided.

Check in time 3pm day of arrival, Check out time 10am day of departure.

4 nights Monday to Friday.
