This Holiday Park in East Yorkshire is perfect for family holidays. Situated right next door to a Blue Flag beach and ideally positioned to explore the coastal countryside and town of Withernsea. Our beautiful lodge is situated on a prime spot, minutes from the park amenities. Lots to do onsite indoor and outdoor with Kids Club entertainment.  The lodge is available all year round but, the park facilities are only open March to October.

This is a home-from-home lodge that caters for all your needs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table to accommodate. Games / DVDs and games console for the rainy days ( we all know what the British weather is like ) and lots of adventures to be found around the area - Withernsea, Hornsea, Bridlington, Hull to name a few.

Onsite amenities include: heated indoor pool ( needs to be booked in advance ), arcade, Boat House restaurant, show bar, shop, arcade, zip wire park, ball park, crazy golf, launderette.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required to be cleared to secure your stated dates. 

A £100 damage deposit is added to the cost of your holiday.  This is refunded on vacation of the property after an inspection is carried out.  The accommodation must be left in the same condition you found it - any damage or excessive cleaning required will result in the damage deposit not been refunded

Full settlement payment is required in full and payments cleared at least 4 weeks before your chosen dates.

If booking within 4 weeks of desired dates, payment is required in full at time of booking.

You may enter the accommodation no sooner than 3pm on day of arrival and you need to vacate the accommodation no later than 10am on morning of leaving.

Bedding is included with your stay however towels are not included.

Any problems with the accommodation needs to be reported immediately upon arriving at the accommodation. Please contact the above number with the information or any other queries regarding your stay.

We reserve the right to ask you to leave the property and site if you are found to be in breach of the terms of the rental or the rules of Withernsea Sands/Parkdean resorts.

Electric vehicles CANNOT be charged from the caravans or lodges on site.  The nearest charging point is at the sports centre in town.  If any guests are found to be charging their vehicle, this will result in the termination of your stay.

There’s a fabulous indoor pool as well as plenty of open spaces for the kids to run free around the Park. In the evening visit the Boathouse Tavern for live cabaret, discos and dancing, plus a big screen and Sky TV.

We run a full entertainment schedule at Bank Holidays and peak weeks, with a quieter schedule at other times.
