A beautiful new swift Bordeaux caravan situated on Seashore Holiday Park featuring an outside decking area, double glazed windows and central heating to keep you warm on those chilly evenings.

Staying in a Prestige graded caravan is like a home from home experience especially as it comes with a fully fitted kitchen including full size oven, hob, both full size fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cooking/eating utensils you’ll need.

This caravan is situated with just a 2 minute walk to the beach and the amenities. The caravan has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people, with 2 double beds and 4 single beds, wardrobes in each bedroom. Duvets and pillows are supplied however bed linen is not.

In the bathroom there is a full sized walk in shower, toilet and sink and there's also an ensuite in the master bedroom. You will need to bring your own towels and toilets rolls.

The lounge and dining area is spacious and made up with free standing furniture making your stay there much more comfortable, the large sofa pulls out into a another double bed. There's 32” TV and DVD player to keep you entertained. French doors lead out a decked veranda area with furniture and there is ample private parking space for approx 3 vehicles.

We require a £50 "non-refundable" deposit to secure your date & full payment 6 weeks before your holiday.

We also require a £100 "Security bond" deposit for any damage. This will be returned after your departure once our caravan has been inspected.

Breaks from 3 nights onwards starting a Monday or Friday

Please note there is a no smoking and no animals rule

Your holiday is a self catering break please leave the caravan in the same condition as you found it, clean & tidy will be much appreciated...If the caravan needs specialist cleaning or has been smoked in the cost of cleaning will come out of your security bond deposit!
