Our spacious and modern, family owned, 2 bedroom 6 berth  Double Glazed and Centrally Heated static caravan to let with En-Suite to master, side deck and private parking next to the caravan which is situated at the 5* Hoburne Park (Dorset).

Caravan Specifications

Being a family owned caravan we pride ourselves with keeping our caravan standards very high whilst offering a few little extras that other owners may not offer, providing you with passes to the park entertainment, lining (beds made on arrival), DVD player and Nintendo Wii and optional extras like  Travel cot, bed sides, high chair as well as our breakfast pack (See optional extras) giving you piece of mind you don’t have to bring any unwanted extras.

 Lounge Area / Dining Area

Spacious open plan living & dining area. A lounge area has a large corner sofa and a flame effect electric fan fire, a 46" LED television, free-view, DVD player and a Nintendo Wii to help keep you entertained IF you have any "downtime" and a metal action double sofa bed in the lounge provides additional sleeping up to 6. The dining area has a table and four chairs

Bedrooms

Spacious main bedroom with double bed a fitted double wardrobe,TV with Freeveiw on wall, drawers and dressing table, radiator and a En-Suite with WC & Sink and radiator.

 The twin bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe, cupboards & share a bedside table and radiator.

Bathroom

The bathroom comprises of a large 'walk in' powerful shower a WC and a sink, there is a cupboard for storage and a heater

Kitchen

The kitchen has a cooker with hob, a full size fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and cutlery.

Outside

Outside there is a child and smoke friendly decking with a rattan sofa a table and two chairs

(Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan and BBQs are not permitted on the decking )

On-site

Hoburne Park is a five star site with recently  facilities, which include, a launderette, restaurant and bar and entertainment for all age groups. There is also a soft play area for the little ones along with an amusement arcade, pool tables. The indoor and outdoor pools are both heated, and there is also a Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym facilities. A great children's playground, tennis and crazy golf are also available.

The club passes allow you access to all of these facilities

Free WIFI has been introduced across the site! (browsing only NO streaming)

With the nearest beech less than 15 minute walk away, The historic Highcliffe castle and Mudeford quay within a mile away, the historic Christchurch with its priory and market (Mondays only) and Hengisbury head a short drive away and the picturesque beech town of Bournemouth within 5 miles of the park, excellent for gigs,festivals,shows throughout the year including the famous Bournemouth Air Festival and if you’re a football fan home of the premier leagues AFC Bournemouth. Also being situated in Christchurch you are very close to the Hampshire border and the new forest is not far and ideal for walks and hiking, mountain biking or family days out

 £75 Security deposit is requied at the time of booking Which is in addition to the cost of your holiday,( The FULL balance will be payable 4 weeks before your holiday) This will secure your booking  providing there is no Damage, Breakages, Loss OR Excess Cleaning.
