This van has only just been sited on a quiet spot, with private parking on Parc Caerelwan.  It has been fitted out to the highest standards.  All beds and pillows have mattress protectors in place and bedding is supplied.  There is a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and sauces on arrival.  Free WIFI is included in the cost.  There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer in place.  small side decking.  5 minute walk from the train station, with trains from  all over the Midlands. 

There is a small exclusive use swimminh pool on site and a luandry.  There is a childrens outdoor playing area.  You have access o the large Sunny Sands complex, which is a 8 minute drive away or a 20 walk along the beach.  This has a large swimming pool, arcade and luxury clubhouse with both childrens and adults entertainment.  

There is a 4 mile stretch of sandy beach within a 7 minute stroll and within 5 minutes the Sands complex, with club and outdoor seating, chip shop, pizzas, American diner all located togather along with a large amusements arcade.

With easy travelling distance is Barmouth, Harlech with its castle, Portmadog steams railways, Snowdon National Park and for the more energetic amazing breath taking walks with short distances.

Caravan cost to be paid in full 6 weeks before the booking.  A deposit of £150.00, any damage to the van will be taken from this deposit.
