Thank you for viewing our lovely holiday home. 

Our caravan is located in the exclusive "Windsor" area of Manor Park, which is a 2-minute walk to the on-site indoor/outdoor swimming pool, arcade, play area and club. It really is in a premium and well-situated spot.

The caravan sleeps 6 people. 
The caravan is fully central heated and for 2022 will have decking and *AIR CONDITIONING* too! 
Caravan is always deep cleaned and fully disinfected between guests. 

Master Bedroom:
King Size bed with large wardrobe (with lots of hangers), a dressing table and chair and an ensuite containing a toilet and sink. 

Twin Bedroom:
2 single beds (full size) single wardrobe (with lots of hangers)

Family Bathroom:
Large shower cubicle, toilet and sink. Powerful shower!

Rear Hallway:
There is a separate door closing off the bathroom and bedroom areas from the main living/kitchen area

Kitchen Area:
The kitchen is complete with gas oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, all cooking pots, pans and utensils. There are plates, glasses, cutlery and everything else you will need to cook meals, you just need to bring your food!

Dining Area:
In the dining area there is a large table with 6 chairs. 

Lounge Area:
In the main living area, there is a large L shaped sofa, a remote-controlled electric fire and a 42" TV.

You will need to bring your own towels.  Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) can be provided at an extra cost of £25.00 or you may bring your own.  
Mattress and pillow protectors are provided.

WiFi is available through www.winfinity.com on a pay as you go basis. You need to be on site to set this up.

The caravan is of a very high standard and very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, a real home from home.

Note: No dogs or other pets are allowed. Smoking or vaping in the caravan is strictly forbidden.

Entertainment and swimming pool passes can be purchased from reception. A short break pass for up to 8 people is £39 or a 7-day pass for up to 8 people is £57 (prices as of Sept 2021)

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required on booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

A £100 refundable security bond charge is required, payable with the balance.

Check in is after 3pm and check out by 10am. These times can be flexible - just message me.

There’s a spacious sun lounge area where you can enjoy a drink while the kids have fun in the pool. In the evening, relax in the comforable leather seats and settees in the Star Bar, where you can enjoy some truly top-class entertainment.
