This well looked after, never before rented caravan is situated on a quiet area of the park. It is a two bedroomed caravan with an ensuite wc and sink in double bedroom. There is a electric heaters in both bedrooms. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Open plan living area with gas fire. Tv with built in freeview in living room as well as a selection of DVDs for use whilst using the caravan. There is a travel cot and high chair and bed guard which is available for use by families with little ones. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 at no extra charge. Space for parking on grass next to caravan.
The beach is 5 minutes on foot from the caravan. The seal sanctuary is also the same distance. Inside the caravan there are leaflets on all the local amenities and attractions you may wish to visit/use whilst staying. Amenities that are on site are:
- Children's clubs - Little Cubs (0-4), Club R&B (5-8), Skills Club (9-12) and T-Co Zone (13+)
- Water activities - Indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool (open 23/5-31/8 weather permitting). For an extra charge there are extra activities ie Aqua gliders Aqua jets etc
- Sports - all weather multi sports court. For an extra charge there are extra activities ie archery, fencing etc
- Food - Seaside themed cafe bar and grill, papa johns and a traditional fish and chip shop
Please be aware in order to use the above facitilies and the evening entertainment you need to have a Haven Pass. There is a shop, Laundrette and you do not need a pass for these.
The price for passes in 2017 are as follows:
Off peak
3/4 nights : £21 per adult. £10 per child aged 4-15. Capped spend to £88
7 nights : £27 per adult. £13 per child aged 4-15. Capped spend to £103
On Peak

Deposit is £50 which secures the date plus acts as a damage bond which is returned to the customer once the caravan has been checked and found in suitable order. Deposit must be made within 10 days of receiving booking form.
Payment of holiday must be made 28 days prior to start of holiday. You can pay by cheque or bank transfer. Payment plans are accepted. Please be aware price does not include passes which can be brought at site reception. Dates are not set in stone so please do not hesitate to email me if you would like something different
Situated to the north of Lincolnshire's glorious coastline with it's unbroken tranquillity of the rural coast Golden Sands is a haven for nature lovers, birdwatchers, conservationist and the romantics amongst you.
The safe award winning blue flag sandy beach stretches for miles and is a giant playground just waiting for both children and adults alike.
Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.
And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
