This caravan is privately owned and cleaned and kept to a high standard. It is in a nice position on this well run site with parking for one car alongside.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, there is also a pull out sofa bed which is a small double, duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own bed linen, duvet covers, towels and tea towels, or we can provide these for a small extra charge.

The bathroom has modern shower cubicle, hand basin and flush toilet.

The lounge/dining area has gas fire and colour TV/DVD with Freeview. The kitchen is well equipped with full size gas cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster.

All gas and electric is included in the tariff.

Please note that there is A NO SMOKING POLICY in the van.

This site only permits families and couples only and there are no pets allowed. Bookings will NOT be accepted for all same sex parties.

The season runs from April to October.

Please be aware there is an onsite warden who checks around the site on a regular basis.

Booking in time for Arrivals are from 14.30hrs, and you should vacate the caravan at 10.30am on the day of departure.

From the site within a mile is Morrisons store and petrol station, McDonalds, Lidl, Asda and Aldi, the train station is within walking distance from the site itself.
