Whether you are holidaying as a family, couple or group of friends if you are looking for a private holiday location in beautiful countryside that's only a short drive from shops, beaches, attractions and activities then our private static caravan located in Rhosmeirch on the outskirts of Llangefni, Anglesey is ideal for you. 

You can enjoy the large grassed garden area to sunbathe or play games, large trampoline and a bbq on the patio or a lazy hour in the *optional Hot Tub.
During July & August there will also be a 3.5m circular swimming pool for guests.

There are beautiful beaches, walks and cycle trails on offer close by or further afield, as well as the many excellent restaurants, bars and pubs.
Minutes away in the centre of Llangefni you will find several well known supermarkets as well as an assortment of other shops including a butcher, small brewery and bakery.

We can accept 1 well behaved dog although as our grounds are not secure they will need to be on a lead or long line (we also have a deaf cat).

Smoking is not allowed inside the caravan.

Designated parking area for up to 2 cars belonging to guests staying in the caravan. We do not allow the charging of Electric/Hybrid vehicles but there are several charging points a few minutes away the the town of Llangefni.

**OPTIONAL ARCTIC SPA MALIGNE HOT TUB** THERE IS A SEPARATE PRICE FOR GUESTS WANTING TO INCLUDE THE HOT TUB IN THEIR STAY - PRESS THE ICON IN THE 'PUBLIC INFO' COLUMN ON THE PRICES & AVAILABILITY PAGE. PLEASE NOTE : children are allowed in the Hot Tub under adult supervision only. No pool toys/goggles/snorkles may be used in there due to the risk of damage to the pump and circulation system. Swimming pool and trampoline used at guests own risk.

Terms & Conditions of your Booking

1. The Damage Deposit of £50 is payable in addition to your holiday cost and will be returned via bank transfer once the accommodation has been checked for damage/cleanliness after your departure. Any damage found could result in the loss of some/all of your deposits. We reserve the right to invoice you if repair or replacement costs exceed the deposit amounts held, full details/pictures will be provided as necessary.
2. It is the Lead Guest's responsibility to ensure the caravan key is returned at the end of the holiday, we reserve the right to recover the cost of having a new lock & key fitted from your Damage deposit if this is not done.
3. Only those guests named on the booking form are entitled to occupy the caravan overnight. Any infringement of this rule without our prior consent will result in the immediate cancellation of your holiday with no refund of monies paid.
4. If breakages occur we must be informed as soon as is practically possible.
5. The caravan must be left clean and tidy at the end of your stay, any additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit.
6. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the caravan, if you are a smoker please do so OUTSIDE.
7. No disposable BBQ's are to be used anywhere in the grounds of our property without exception.
8. Bookings will only be accepted for families and couples over the age of 25. No single sex groups will be accepted unless by prior agreement.
9. We accept no liability for any act, injury, damage or loss suffered by any guest during their stay either in or around the caravan, the hot tub, the gardens or whilst on the property/grounds of Glyn Afon nor can we accept any liability for loss or damage to guests’ possessions or vehicles.
10. The Hot Tub is used entirely at your own risk. Any persons under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied into the water by a responsible adult. Guests must shower before and after using the Hot Tub. No food/drink/pool toys are allowed in the Hot Tub. Any damage caused due to misuse will be charged to the Lead Guest and payable immediately.
11. Please advise us as soon as possible of any problem or complaint in order that we can deal with it immediately, we do not want anything to interfere with the enjoyment of your stay with us.
12. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your booking you will be advised immediately. All monies paid up to that date will be refunded in full. No further compensation will be paid.

Once we receive your completed Booking Form a formal agreement will have been made between you (the Lead Guest) and ourselves (the Owners). We will reserve the dates specified on the Booking Form. The balance must be paid before your arrival. The Damage Deposit will be refunded via Bank Transfer once the caravan has been checked after your departure and no damage or defects found.

Should you cancel your stay for any reason, by signing this Booking Form you legally agree to pay the following Cancellation Charges (these are not payable if we are able to obtain another booking for the dates you are due to stay):

     0 to 6 days – 100% of holiday cost

     7 to 14 days – 50% of holiday cost

    15 days or more – Deposit

Centrally located in the Anglesey countryside, surrounded by fields yet only minutes away from the centre of Llangefni where you will find supermarkets and other shops.

The A55 is a short drive away as are the many beaches and attrations Anglesey has to offer. There are many walks and cycling routes to enjoy, a favourite walk of ours is through The Dingle in Llangefni.
