This is my pride and joy, a stunning modern but homely caravan with everything you need for a relaxing hassle free holiday, a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, large open plan dining / living area that opens up directly on to a large wraparound decking with beautiful views of the lake, situated in an exclusive part of the Golden Sands Resort Mablethorpe, with double glazing & central heating this is a perfect retreat anytime of the year.

large 40" TV in the lounge, internal sound system that can be accessed by any device with Bluetooth, 

Large kitchen with all modern appliances, crockery & utensils,  a full size fridgefreezer, dishwasher, washing machine & microwave, ironing board & Iron, high chair provided (if needed) 

large master bedroom with en-suite (large shower) lots of fitted storage, TV, king size bed with bedding provided 

Spacious second bedroom with 2 full size single beds, ample fitted storage & TV

entrance hallway, bathroom 2 with a second large shower and storage 

private parking with lots of grassy area's to enjoy,

2 very well behaved dogs are welcome, Mablethorpe is extremely dog friendly with the vast majority of our stunning blue flag beach open to doggies all year round

check in 12 - check out 10am

I personally welcome all my guests at the caravan and hand over keys.

Payment is preferred by bank transfer. A £100 deposit/security bond is required to confirm your booking and must be received within 5 days of your booking, if not received the dates booked may be re- let. You're £100 deposit/security bond  will ONLY be returned after the caravan has been checked and it is left how you found it, clean & tidy with no damage or breakages, any evidence of smoking in the van will also result in loss of the bond.

Cancellation policy - applicable to all bookings - please read in full

If you have to cancel your holiday please call me in the first instance then follow up with a confirmation email within 3 days.

Your deposit/security bond is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, it is only refundable within 7 days after your holiday pending satisfactory caravan inspection.

Cancellation 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date you will receive a full refund of your holiday payment less you're deposit/security bond 

Cancelation 4 to 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date you will receive a 50% refund of your holiday payment less you're deposit/security bond 

Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date will result in no refund 

refunds are non negotiable.

if the full balance of your holiday is not received 6 weeks before the start of your holiday it may be cancel and re-let without notification.

for all holidays booked less than 6 weeks in advance a full payment on booking will be required.

due to site registration I will require all guest names and contact information, I will also require registration numbers for all car's in your party for booking on to the holiday park.

under no circumstances should there be more than 4 people in the caravan at any one time.

Situated to the north of Lincolnshire's glorious coastline with it's unbroken tranquillity of the rural coast Golden Sands is a haven for nature lovers, birdwatchers, conservationist and the romantics amongst you.

The safe award winning blue flag sandy beach stretches for miles and is a giant playground just waiting for both children and adults alike.

Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.

And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
