This is our family owned caravan available for hire on site at Butlins Minehead caravan park.

3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 people plus 1 infant (under age 2). (no cot provided)

Gated decking to the side for the security of young ones and pets. (Max 2 small pets)

Fully equipped kitchen, shower room, two toilets. 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, pull-out double bed in lounge. Very close to the launderette and the site shop. Only a stroll from all the entertainment. We are a safe distance from the open lake.

Prices for our caravan are compared against comfort plus apartments through butlins.

Entertainment every day and night, right opposite the beach and golf course. A fishing lake on site is available for use if you have a rod licence. 

We have availability for family breaks and also hire out for the adult butlins weekender breaks.

Adult-only weekends are strictly 18+, and ID is essential. Some weekends are ticketed events, such as Shiine, Fatboy Slim, Madness, and PDC Darts. These require separate tickets priced between £110 - £120pp, which is not included in the price. Contact us directly for further information; we can source the tickets for you.

This is a NO SMOKING caravan. We are non smokers and don’t smoke so we’d ask our guests not to inside the caravan. If guests smoke then additional cleaning will be required and the bond will not be refunded.

£35 per small pet (max 2 pets)

Butlins allows dogs in designated areas of their caravan parks, specifically within the Caravan Village but not on the main resort areas. They must be well-trained, kept on a lead at all times, and not left alone in the caravan for more than two hours. Certain breeds, including those listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act (Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, and Japanese Tosa), are not permitted. 

£100 non refundable deposit is required on all family bookings to secure your selected dates, this can be used as a breakage deposit and will be returned upon check out after the caravan has been cleaned.

£200 security deposit is required for adult only weekends

ID is required for all adult weekends, entry may be refused if no ID is shown 

Some bars/pubs are Card only

Just for tots breaks require at least 1 child under 5 on the booking.

Adult weekends require at least one person age 21 or over as the lead booker.

Group booking of people aged 18 to 21 will not be accepted on family breaks

Typical pass prices based on 2025:

Age 14+: £25 - £40 (depending on number of nights stay/time of year)

Age 2-14: £15 - £25 (depending on number of nights stay/time of year)

Infants under age 2: Free

Adult music weekends: £35 - £45 pp

Arena events: £120pp

Located in the serene seaside town of Minehead, the resort is nestled in the beautiful hilly moors of Exmoor in Somerset, neighbouring a gorgeous golden sandy beach.

As the largest of our three resorts, Minehead is the ideal location for families wanting to embrace everything that's brilliant about the Great British seaside (including the unpredictable weather!) with acres of resort to roam and nearly one mile of beach on our doorstep.

You'll find everything you need to make your break special at Minehead. There's delicious restaurants, a vintage fairground, the Skyline Pavilion where you'll find the entertainment, plus a charming Chapel in our grounds, too!

If you fancy doing a little exploring outside of the resort, Minehead has so much to offer. In proximity to Exmoor National Park, you'll find nature trials and walking paths with lovely views. Dunster Castle is nearby, with the West Somerset Railway open for a nostalgic trip on the steam train.
