This is our family owned caravan available for hire on site at Butlins Minehead caravan park.

3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 people plus 1 infant (under age 2). (no cot provided) Can accommodate 2 small family's if you want to split the cost.

Gated decking to the side for the security of young ones and pets. (Max 2 small pets)

Fully equipped kitchen, with toaster, kettle, microwave, air fryer, toastie maker, iron and utensils. Shower room, two toilets. 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, pull-out double bed in lounge. Very close to the launderette and the site shop. Only a stroll from all the entertainment. We are a safe distance from the open lake. A large green just in front of the caravan for play. Enjoy seeing the rabbits each morning and night when they come to say hello.

Prices for our caravan are based on 6-8 persons.

Passes are not included in the price unless stated in the comments.

Entertainment every day and night, right opposite the beach and golf course. A fishing lake on site is available for use if you have a rod licence.

Typical pass prices based on 2025:

Age 14+: £25 - £40 (depending on number of nights stay/time of year)

Age 2-14: £15 - £25 (depending on number of nights stay/time of year)

Infants under age 2: Free

Adult music weekends: £35 - £45 pp

Arena events: £120pp

Adult-only weekends are strictly 18+, and ID is essential. Some weekends are ticketed events, such as Shiine, Fatboy Slim, Madness, and PDC Darts. These require separate tickets priced between £110 - £120pp, which is not included in the price. Contact us directly for further information; we can source the tickets for you.

This is a NO-SMOKING caravan. We are non-smokers and don’t smoke, so we ask our guests not to smoke inside the caravan. If guests smoke, then additional cleaning will be required, and the bond will not be refunded.

Butlins allows dogs in designated areas of their caravan parks, specifically within the Caravan Village, but not in the main resort areas. They must be well-trained, kept on a lead at all times, and not left alone in the caravan (crate trained acception). Certain breeds, including those listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act (Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, and Japanese Tosa), are not permitted. 

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required on all family bookings to secure your selected dates. This will be used as a breakage deposit and will be returned upon checkout after the caravan has been cleaned.

A £200 security deposit is required for some adult-only weekends

ID is required for all adult weekends; entry may be refused if no ID is shown 

Some bars/pubs are card-only

Adult weekends require at least one person age 21 or over as the lead booker.

Group bookings of guests aged 18 to 21 will not be accepted on family breaks

Located in the serene seaside town of Minehead, the resort is nestled in the beautiful hilly moors of Exmoor in Somerset, neighbouring a gorgeous golden sandy beach.

As the largest of our three resorts, Minehead is the ideal location for families wanting to embrace everything that's brilliant about the Great British seaside (including the unpredictable weather!) with acres of resort to roam and nearly one mile of beach on our doorstep.

You'll find everything you need to make your break special at Minehead. There's delicious restaurants, a vintage fairground, the Skyline Pavilion where you'll find the entertainment, plus a charming Chapel in our grounds, too!

If you fancy doing a little exploring outside of the resort, Minehead has so much to offer. In proximity to Exmoor National Park, you'll find nature trials and walking paths with lovely views. Dunster Castle is nearby, with the West Somerset Railway open for a nostalgic trip on the steam train.
