Sited on its own, on our private smallholding, straight off an accessible council maintained country lane not far from the A40 main Haverfordwest road in a place called Scleddau. It looks out onto our beautiful small woodland area within the grounds. We breed Welsh Cobs and Shire Horses here and are only 1.5 miles into Fishguard town. It is a lovely modern caravan with gas central heating and double glazing and has a lovely decked sitting area which is accessed by a few stone steps at either end and has dog proof fencing on the decking. Metal storage shed directly alongside for handy items and wellies and wet clothing. Large double bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a modern kitchen. Another bedroom is available but only has 1 single bed in it for ease of access.

The stunning beaches and Pembrokeshire Coast path are only a 15 minute drive away.  Owners are very familiar with the Pembrokeshire area after moving here 17 years ago following many happy family holidays.  There are dog bans from May to September on a few of the beaches, but many are still dog friendly all year round.

SADLY, WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR ADULTS (OR ADULTS WITH A YOUNG BABY OR CHILD OVER 14) this is due to the fact that there is a very large, unfenced pond in close proximity to the caravan.

If you are looking for an off site peaceful setting, then this is the caravan for you!  Dogs are very welcome. 2 small dogs or 1 medium breed accepted.

£50 deposit secures your booking and is non refundable. Full balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival date. BACS payment required, no credit/debit card facility. If booked less than 4 weeks ahead, full payment is required.

Private grounds with large open garden, surrounding woodland and seasonal pond. Woodland access via grass paths and a seating area by a seasonal unfenced pond, to encourage wildlife. There is an area of wild woodland which is kept in it's natural state. This locatiion is ideal for those looking for a more private, relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of larger sites. A short drive away are the stunning beaches of Pembrokeshire and the breathtaking coastal path. One and a half miles from Fishguard town harbour with all its amenities which include a superb leisure centre, small cinema and a few public houses, cafes and restaurants.
