Our privately owned ABI caravan is a luxury plus 2 bed caravan on the lovely 5* rated Silver Sands holiday park at Covesea West Beach Lossiemouth.
Fantastic light and airy open plan living, kitchen and dining area with a 50" TV and separate DVD player in the lounge and very comfortable seating to relax and chill out on, it also has a pull out bed that is suitable for children.
Double glazed and gas central heating throughout the caravan.
The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, a wardrobe with good storage and a 21" TV.
A twin room with a wardrobe. The main bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower which is powerful and good storage.
Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, full gas hob/oven and grill, microwave, toaster and all mugs, plates, glasses and cutlery.
Dining area seats 4 at the table.
With the added benefit of a wrap around decking area with a gate and 2 Seating areas, great for morning coffee/teas or for dining out, it gets the sun all day. The caravan is on a good quiet pitch but only a 4 minute stroll to the beach, entertainment centre, shop, laundry and childrens play park
Beds are made up prior to your arrival.

Price £490 to £580 per week and includes gas, electric, bed linen and duvets.
£100.00 Non Refundable deposit required at time of booking.
Payments accepted by Bank Transfer. Balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.
If booking less than 4 weeks in advance then full payment is required at time of booking.
All payments are non Refundable.
24 Hours notice is required to book the caravan.
Bookings: July-September a minimum of 7 nights Saturday to Saturday. All other times of year a minimum of 3 Nights or more.

Entertainment/Complex Passes are not included In Your Booking. They cost £10.00 per adult over 16 years old and can be purchased from reception on arrival.
