Beautiful static 3 bed 8 berth static holiday home. Very spacious inside and has separate shower room with wash basin. Separate toilet with wash basin. Runs on piped gas not bottled so all ready to just go in and enjoy your holiday. One double bedroom and two additional bedrooms with single beds there is also a large pull out bed in the lounge so it sleeps 8 people, each bedroom has ample storage with wardrobes, there are coat hangers in every wardrobe and cupboards and bedside tables. There is a door which separates the bedrooms from the lounge and kitchen area. The lounge is very spacious as is the dining area with ample seating. The kitchen has a tall fridge freezer and a cooker with oven. The van is well equiped for your needs. Also the large veranda with steps and a gate for security with patio table chairs and brolly. There are  smoke detectors and carbon dioxide detectors throughout the van, also fire extinguisher in the kitchen. There is a 40" flat screen TV HD ready, Duvets are provided with pillows and all  with mattress and pillow protectors. JUST BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS . There are also plenty of books to read  PLEASE CAN YOU TREAT THE VAN WITH RESPECT AS I HAVE WORKED HARD TO PROVIDE YOU WITH ALL THE COMFORTS FOR A PLEASANT STAY ALL I ASK THAT YOU TAKE CARE OF ALL THE EQUIPMENT INSIDE AND OUT MANY THANKS.

SHORT BREAKS ARE AVAILABLE MINIMUM NIGHTS 3.  SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ARE FULL WEEKS ONLY SAT-SAT.  PASSES ARE NOT NEEDED FOR THE CLUB HOUSE WHICH PROVIDES CHILDRENS ENTERTAINEMENT THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS PLUS FOR THE ADULTS,  LIVE ACTS, SINGERS, MUSIC, KARAOKE, BINGO,  THERE IS ALSO  A GREAT MENU SERVING BREAKFASTS AND EVENING MEALS.  OPENING TIMES ARE RESTRICTED IN THE CLUB HOUSE DURING QUIETER TIMES WHICH YOU CAN GAIN INFORMATION AT RECEPTION OR OPENING HOURS DISPLAYED OUTSIDE THE CLUB HOUSE. 

THERE IS A BUS STOP RIGHT OUTSIDE THE SITE WHICH CAN TAKE YOU STRAIGHT TO FANTASY ISLAND INGOLDMELLS OR FURTHER A FIELD, OR SKEGNESS TOWN CENTRE.

THERE ARE CHILDRENS PLAY AREAS, TENNIS COURTS, 9 HOLE PITCH AND PUTT, BOWLING GREEN, CRAZY GOLF, A LARGE SHOP FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS, LAUNDRETTE. 

NO SAME SEX GROUPS, FAMILIES AND COUPLES ONLY,  21YRS AND OVER TO BOOK, SITE RULES UNFORTUNATELY AS THIS IS A FAMILY ORIENTATED SITE

A DAMAGE BOND OF £75 IS REQUIRED FOR EACH BOOKING and will be returned within 24 hrs once the van has been checked its been left clean and tidy with no damage A POLITE NOTICE : IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES, I HIRE SOMEONE TO CHECK THE VAN FOR DAMAGE  AND HOW THE VAN WAS LEFT, NOT TO CLEAN AFTER EACH GUESTS. THANKYOU FOR YOUR CO-OPERATION. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM ON YOUR ARRIVAL PLEASE INFORM THE OWNER STRAIGHT AWAY.

DEPOSIT IS NONE REFUNDABLE The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your departure  IF ANY BOOKING IS CANCELLED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE ONLY HALF OF THE HOLIDAY WILL BE REFUNDED UNLESS THE HOLIDAY CAN BE RE-BOOKED EXC DEPOSIT

SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN INSIDE THE VAN EVEN WITH YOUR HAND OUT OF THE WINDOW IS NOT EXCEPTABLE.  ANYONE FOUND TO BE SMOKING IN THE VAN WHILST ON HOLIDAY CAN BE ASKED TO VACATE THE VAN BY SITE SECURITY CUTTING THEIR HOLIDAY SHORT WITH NO REFUND, ALSO ANY ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR. THIS SITE IS FAMILY ORIENTATED AND ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED  THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT

North Shore Holiday Centre is situated just to the north of Skegness, and ideally located a short walk from the quiet northern beach. The complex, although easy to access from the A52 Skegness to Ingoldmells road, is located well within its own grounds, making the whole park very safe and ideal for families with young children.

To enhance your holiday break, licensed premises, food and leisure shops and children's play areas are provided.

The on-site Club provides seasonal entertainment and bingo along with meals and snacks for all the family.

Also offered is grass court tennis (weather permitting), mini golf, putting greens, other fun family games and a challenging 9 hole pitch and putt golf course open to all. There is a small charge for games and equipment for hire.
