Located on the cliffs above the scenic town of Eyemouth, 5 miles north of the Scottish Border, pitch A13 features a modern 2022 8-berth Swift Bordeaux caravan offering a deluxe holiday experience. With modern amenities and tasteful décor, this holiday home is designed for comfort and convenience. 

Our holiday home stands out due to its idyllic position overlooking the sea and the town of Eyemouth itself, with expansive decking and outside lighting where you can sit and enjoy the views as well as the peace and tranquility this location affords. The photos of the town and the bay that you see are the actual views from the caravan itself.

From the comfort of your living area, enjoy breath-taking views of Eyemouth bay, the town, and the harbour. Situated right next to the coastal path, you also have an ideal base for morning strolls and watching the sunrise. The park is peaceful, and literally just a stone’s throw from the beach.
Natural light floods through the large front windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Main bedroom: Features a luxurious double bed and ample storage with built-in wardrobes and an ensuite toilet for added privacy.

 2 x twin rooms: each containing two cosy single beds and storage areas, perfect for kids or adults alike.

Kitchen/Dining area: Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and a dining table

Living Room: Spacious and stylish with plush sofas, including pull-out sofabed, a 32-in smart TV, coffee table with stools, and direct access to the decking area.

Main bathroom: Includes full-sized shower and modern fixtures.

Balcony/patio: Full wraparound decking giving ample space for everyone to enjoy the views. Seating for up to 8 people along with 2 tables.

There is a dedicated parking space adjacent to the caravan ensuring easy access and security.

Enjoy the park’s children’s play area, onsite restaurant, and an entertainment lounge with an entertainment pass that can be purchased from reception upon your arrival. 

Please feel free to enquire about any dates you are interested in. We don't impose any fixed term stays, or fixed dates, giving you complete flexibility in when you want to stay. We rent out all year round apart from Christmas and New Year

12th October - 16th October - £80 per night

30th October - 20th December - £80 per night (except 9th to 23rd November which is booked)

Any dates not listed for 2026 are no longer available. Diary is open for 2027. Please enquire for details.

Keep checking back every so often for late offers

Each booking will also have a £75 security deposit added to the final balance. This is refunded within 7 days of the end of the booking subject to satisfactory post-stay checks. 

Dogs very welcome, at a fixed fee of £35 per dog. Please note that Eyemouth Holiday Park as matter of company policy, do not allow any breeds or crossbreeds listed under the UK Dangerous Dogs Act. Just a short trip from the historic town of Eyemouth with its natural harbor and incredible seaside views. Dating back to the 13th century, Eyemouth has a rich fishing heritage, and the harbour continues to thrive with its colourful fishing fleet.

Close by is the stunning village of St Abbs, surrounded by beautiful coastal walks, and near plenty of delicious fish & chip shops for you to enjoy after a long day of exploring.

Back on-park there is a sports court, arcade, multiple activities, plus lots of ways to wind down or entertain the little ones without leaving the park.
