A holiday Our beautiful no smoking, 3 bed caravan with 1 double bedroom with en suite and 2 twin bedrooms also it is double glazed with gas central heating. There is a double shower cubicle in the bathroom, the kitchen and dining room have ample space with integrated fridge and freezer in the kitchen which also has a Tassimo coffee machine as well as a kettle, toaster microwave and cooker. we have also got a playstation 3 with games and assortment of board game and numerous dvd's.

Edwards Leisure Park is close to local amenities with a short stroll to the arcades and knightly's fair, there is a bakery, chemist and numerous tourist shops and pubs all close by a bit further down to Tir Prince which has another fair and markets a few times a week, it also host harness racing throughout the year.
It really is a lovely clean van. We do fri-mon and mon-fri in the early season prices on request. Check in 2pm and check out 10am.

Please note we don't use any other names on booking or on bank details. You can confirm with Edwards we are owners but let us know so we can say who is calling to confirm.x

We take a upfront £50 bond which secures your dates and is fully refunded after your stay,( subject to cancellation or damages as standard).

We book for families or couples only.

Strictly no smoking of any kind in the van.

Maximum 6 people ( no same sex groups).

No guest pets are allowed on site.( Only owners that are registered in the office)

Ultimately we want you to have a fantastic time and enjoy your stay, but due to past incidents we have to put some t& c on your stay.

Games and dvds are provided we ask these be put back properly after use in the correct boxes and tidy so they are ready for other guests, failure to do so will result in the bond being retained.

We ask the caravan is kept clean and tidy and any dishes pans cleaned before you leave, also bins emptied and taken to the onsite skips.

Any damages you find when you check in must be reported within 8 hours so we have chance to rectify it this should not happen as the van is checked after every stay.

Single beds can be pushed together, but please put them back before you leave.

If any terms and conditions or site rules are broken will result in your bond being withheld.

Edwards Leisure Park is perfectly situated in the centre of the popular seaside resort of Towyn, North Wales. Towyn is a wonderful family resort with many  Bars & Restaurants, 2 Fairgrounds, Markets, Beach Access, Amusement Arcades,
a choice of Family Entertainment, all within easy walking distance from the park.

Edwards is a family owned and run park and within walking distance to over a mile of golden sandy beach.

One of the main reasons people choose to own a holiday home at Edwards is the fantastic location and the fabulous range of activities in the local area.
