The site is reopened.  The Clubhouse will be open inside from 3rd August & has now opened inside too, no entertainment this season because of Covid but there is bingo on. The swimming pool will be open from 10th August,  rules will apply. The chippy and shop are open, so is the arcade  

Locally both Tir Prince and Knightlys fairs are open & the market

This clean and homely caravan is available to hire on Golden Gate, Towyn, Sleeps 6 People

Double Glazed, Central Heating, Sky TV & new for season 2020 I have Wifi 

No Pets, No Smoking/E Cigs & definately NO CANDLES

This caravan is a real "home from home" and has everything you need for your stay.

It has a comfortable lounge area with 39inch LED Smart Full HD Tv, with Netflx plus Sky Tv. 

There is also an X Box with some games for those rainy days.

The kitchen and dining area are very well equipped with the usual kettle, toaster, microwave, pots, pans and utensils.

There are 3 bedrooms which all have fitted wardrobes and cupboards, the main bedroom has a tv too.

This caravan has 2 toilets and the main bathroom has a double power shower.

There is a veranda which is gated and a patio set on there

Ive been on his site for many years & I am happy for you to verify this with Golden Gate. Due to GDPR rules they will not confirm my plot number.

Golden Gate has a  swimming pool & the charges are £4 for adults and £2 for kids under 16, these are booked in hourly slots.  There is also a childrens park, football pitch, launderette, chippy, amusement arcade, shop & clubhouse & no passes are required.  The clubhouse has kids zone, ice cream parlour plus pizzeria and much more.

This caravan is for family use only, No Stag or Hen Parties permitted

A £75 bond is required to secure your booking, this is refunded within 7 days after your stay providing the caravan has not been damaged in any way.

If you or a member of your party has symptoms of Corona Virus you will not be allowed to travel to the caravan park, same applies if you develop symptoms of this virus whilst staying in the caravan you have to return to your primary residence

Only persons over the age of 25 can book the caravan, its for family use only

Your holiday must be paid up in full 4 weeks before your stay, unless it is a late booking then alternative arrangements are made

If you cancel your stay for any reason your deposit will be forfeited.  If cancelled within 2 weeks of your stay, you will only be refunded any payment  you have made once the caravan has been re-booked.

Only those listed on the booking form can stay in the caravan as this is also linked to who can use the pool.  Adult price for swimming is £4.00 and Kids are £2.00 (under 16) which is payable at the time you book your swimming slot at the reception.

NO SUBLETTING & ONLY THOSE LISTED ON THE BOOKING FORM CAN STAY IN THE CARAVAN

The park rules must be followed at all times. Failure to do so will result in vacating the caravan with no money returned.

It is advisable to get some Insurance cover just like you would do if you travel abroad.
