Luxury 2 bedroom, 6 berth caravan, with gated decking with table and chairs.
Situated in a quiet cul de sac with no passing traffic, ideal for children to play. Close to the entrance gate, short walk to the complex and beach. There is also a free train which will take you around the park.
Fully double glazed, blown air heating in bedrooms, gas fire in the living room, and heated towel rail in shower room. Ensuite to master bedroom.
Living room has wrap around seating area, large flatscreen TV with freeview, dining table with stools, and pull out sofa bed.
Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and pots, pans and utensils.
Shower room with toilet and wash basin.
Twin bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe.
Master bedroom with double bed, two wardrobes, and chest of drawers.
Ensuite with toilet and wash basin.
Beds made up on arrival.

£50 deposit to hold dates with full balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable damages deposit of £50 will be added to the holiday price, and refunded within 7 days of departure providing the caravan is left clean and tidy.
Lost keys will incur a £10 charge.
Caravan is strictly no smoking and no pets, evidence of either of these would result in deposit being withheld.
Check in from 3pm, check out by 10am.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price, and can be purchased from reception.
