8 Berth caravan on Sealands (Lava Leisure), alloy veranda (doesn't rust). Near to Fantasy Island, Yabbis,Spar, Uncle Barry's Cafe. In front of the beach, Sit out area, table and chairs. Sealands pub opposite site. On site shop. 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. Spring loaded pull out bed with a new mattress. All duvets supplied, pillows, mattress protectors. Gas cooker, microwave fridge. Toaster, kettle etc.

50 pound deposit holds the dates. A 50 pound breakage/key fee is added paid bk after checks passed. And key 🔑 is left in security box. Security box number is given 3 days before you go. Holiday balance has to be paid at least 2 weeks before you go.
Sealands caravan park at Ingoldmells is at the far edge of the Butlins complex, with Fantasy Island theme park in close proximity as well as the famous outdoor markets. The site enjoys direct beach access and there is also an on-site shop.
