Golden Sands, Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire (Ref.109877)

Our static caravan is a 6 berth, 3 bedroom Willerby Vogue with decking at the front and side. 

The caravan is situated in a cul-de-sac, in a quiet area at the top of the park, and less than a 10 minute walk from the main complex and facilities. There is a small play park two minutes walk away from the caravan. 

There is full gas radiator central heating and UPVC double glazing, making our caravan ideal for the cooler weather. It has mains gas and not gas bottles. 

The lounge has free standing furniture (leather 3 seater and leather 2 seater settees) not the bench type seating under the windows. The fireplace area is the focal point of the room. 

Within the lounge there is a 32" flatscreen TV with Freeview, a separate DVD player and a CD/radio player. 

There is also a selection of children's board games, There is also an Xbox with a selection of games, and a Wii with a selection of games.

There is a travel cot and a high chair at the caravan. 

The dining table seats 4 people. The kitchen area includes a full size fridge, freezer (3 drawer freezer - not ice box size), washer dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and extras such as additional pans and kitchen utensils. There's also plenty of storage cupboards and drawers. 

The lounge area has a laminate floor and the bedrooms are carpeted. 

There are 3 bedrooms. In the master bedroom there is a double bed, en-suite toilet, 19" TV/DVD and a hairdryer, plus lots of storage space. There is a Dyson hoover and a large airer (ideal for drying clothes on the decking area).

We have 2 twin bedded rooms; one of the rooms has bunk beds and the other has 2 freestanding single beds. However we have a mattress topper so the beds can be pushed together to make a double bed. Unless requested otherwise, we will leave this room as a double bed so if you required this as a twin bedded room please let us know at the time of booking. 

The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. 

There is decking to the front of the caravan and also to the side (with gate). To the front of the caravan there is a hardstanding for car parking. 

Don't forget to bring tea towels, towels, toiletries and washing up utensils. 

At the back of the decking is a storage box which contains a patio table and 4 chairs (ideal for putting out on the decking to eat meals), a barbeque, and sunloungers/deckchairs. 

Sorry, but bed linen is not included with the booking price.(However if you are interested in hiring bedding packs, please let me know as our cleaning team does have bedding packs for hire and I can find out a cost for you.) Duvets and pillows are provided in the booking cost and are not at an additional cost. Sorry no pets some guests do have allergies every thing you need for your holiday 

£100 deposit required on booking for the dates you have chosen this keeps your holiday secure and is refunded 7days after you have had your holiday. £100 is only refunded if the caravan has been left in the way it was before your holiday nothing broken no pets or smoke smells and also left in a clean condition.
The full balance for your holiday is due 4 weeks before you go..or pay upfront.
Once you arrive at the caravan there will be an information sheet on how everything works 
please note haven is based on a familys holiday we do not let any large groups of woman or men stay (hen & stags).
also no groups of people under the age of 25.

Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.

And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
