Recently refurbished and decorated internally and now featuring all mod cons; including Sky TV, panel radiators to all bedrooms, lounge & shower room, free standing air con unit in the lounge area, along with an electric log burner and gas fire, TV/DVD combo, separate radio/CD player and full size fridge with separate freezer. All bed linen and towels provided, along with dog towels and blankets. Dogs must be kept on a lead outside but NOT to be left alone in the caravan please. One double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, although by moving the central bedside cabinet, these can be pushed together to create small doubles, using the rolled-up foam mattress toppers, stored below, for extra comfort. Further guests can be accommodated on the pull-out bed inside the main sofa, although as sofa beds are notoriously uncomfortable, there's also a plug-in double inflatable mattress . Selection of DVDs, (including over 30 childrens Disney/Pixar), books and board games provided and although book SWAPS are welcome, please do not remove any of the DVDs. Well behaved dogs welcome, but if they do insist on sitting beside you on the sofa (as mine does), please ensure you use one of the blankets provided, or bring your own. I've installed a stair/child gate at the front door, enabling the door to be left open in summer, yet still keeping your young ones and/or dogs secure. Please note: No huge price hikes, just because of the school holidays! Quiet site, so do be mindful of your neighbours with regards noise. Play areas , cafe and shop on site, along with a launderette, athough just down the road is the sister site, with indoor heated swimming pool, bar and restaurant (takeaway food available). Borth is also around a mile away, with all the shops and food outlets you need. Short (1-3 days) or long breaks, with a £50 discount for bookings of two weeks, or more. Returning guests receive a 10% discount on listed prices. I operate a good will scheme at the caravan, with stocked food cupboards, fridge and freezer, loo roll/kitchen roll, 1st Aid supplies etc etc which are free to use, but kindly leave something new for the next guests, whether that's a tin of soup, box of Kleenex, bottle of squash, jar of jam, ice lollies, packet of biscuits or a couple of rolls of toilet paper. To date this has worked really well. All condiments , salt/pepper, sugar, cooking oil, herbs, tea, coffee, hot chocolate & coffeemate etc will always be available in the cupboard.
