Welcome to Mermaid’s Cove, your family’s perfect retreat in magical Looe! Our spacious 3-bedroom caravan, complete with 1.5 bathrooms, offers comfort for larger families. Situated next to a quiet park, you can relax in the living room while watching the kids play outside. Just minutes from Looe’s sandy beach, charming harbor, and scenic trails, it’s ideal for family adventures. Stocked with games, books, and crabbing kits, Mermaid’s Cove ensures a fun, memorable stay.

Bedrooms:
Our caravan comfortably sleeps up to six with a master double bedroom and two twin rooms, ideal for families of all sizes. The sofa can also be pulled out into a double bed to accommodate larger groups. A travel cot is conveniently stored in the wardrobe of the double bedroom, though we kindly ask you to bring your own bedding for it. You’ll also find a hair dryer in the main bedroom for your use.

Please note we do not provide bed linen and towels. 

Living Room:
Unwind in the spacious, cosy lounge with a flat-screen TV pre-loaded with movies, shows, and retro video games. We’ve included a Wii console with a variety of games for family fun, as well as a selection of board games. Under the sofa, there are yoga mats and a kettlebell for those who’d like to keep up with yoga or fitness sessions available on the TV. Overlooking the nearby park, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea while keeping an eye on the kids playing outside. In the TV unit, you’ll find fidget and sensory toys for little ones needing a bit of calm play.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from an oven and microwave to a fridge/freezer and all essential utensils. Gather around the dining table for shared meals or to plan out your adventures in Looe.

Decking:
Step out onto your private decking and take in the fresh coastal air. It’s perfect for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or relaxing with a good book. In the storage box, you’ll find outdoor games and basic fishing equipment, free for you to use.

- Just a short drive to Looe Beach, ideal for sunbathing, sandcastle building, or a refreshing paddle.
- Wander the charming streets of Looe, dotted with delightful restaurants, pubs, and shops. Treat yourself to fresh fish and chips or a scoop of Cornish ice cream by the harbour.
- Looe Harbour is packed with family-friendly activities. Try crabbing or watch the fishing boats come and go.
- If you’re up for some exploration, the Looe to Polperro coastal walk offers stunning views of the cliffs and sea.

Max of 2 small pets welcome at owner's discretion. Our caravan is strictly a no smoking caravan. We are unable to accpet same sex groups due to the site policies. 

Pillows and duvets are supplied, but you will need to supply your own bed linen, towels, beach towels and tea towels.

Minimum 3 nights stay, will accommodate mid week breaks, long weekends or full weeks.

Cleaning fee is £50 which is not included in price.

25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with full balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date. 

Bookings made within 4 weeks of stay must be paid in full at time of booking.

Arrival time 15:00 hours and on day of departure it is 10:00am

There is a key code box located on the caravan where you can find the keys and an access code will be provided closer to your arrival date.

This quiet family owned and run site offers clean and modern facilities for camping / touring or static caravans at very competitive rates. Our shop is open seven days a week.

Set midway between Looe and Polperro with views down the Talland valley to the sea.

With no swimming pools or entertainment the site caters for those looking for a quiet relaxing holiday that doesn't cost the earth.

With easy access the site makes the ideal base for touring Cornwall's many attractions or exploring it's wonderful countryside and coastline.
