The caravan is situated in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park nestled between the mountains and the sea. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.

Welcome to our deluxe holiday home  with three bedrooms and sleeps six.  The Willerby Langbrook has been thoughtfully designed with entertaining and relaxation in mind. There's everything to make you feel hopefully at home, from multiple USB sockets to keep the gadgets fully charged, an integrated Bluetooth sound system and we can offer WIFI – chargeable 

It has a striking design with an open-plan layout of the dining, kitchen and living area. There is an ample plush L shaped fixed seating, a dining area with bench and chairs plus a breakfast bar, a 42  ich tv and storage where we have DVDs, jigsaws and games if you wish to use them. 

The kitchen comes complete with all the usual mod-cons for effortless cooking and prep, including a fitted microwave with grill, dishwasher, 70/30 fridge-freezer , full oven with hob, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, Mugs, glasses, plates, bowels, cutlery, saucepans, and general kitchen utensils - 

The Langbrook features beautiful spotlighting throughout, showing off the home in its very best light. The gorgeous pendant lighting also adds class and sophistication There are three bedrooms, the master has plenty of storage and its own ensuite with a  24ich TV with DVD player. There are two other bedrooms each with two single beds and storage.

The family bathroom has a walk-in shower plus toilet and basin and lovely fittings.

There is a beautiful large decking area for you to sit and enjoy the day and evening – plus your own patio area down the steps.

Parking – is next to the caravan Electric cars are not permitted to be plugged into caravans -  please use the charging points situated near the launderette

Pillows and Duvets are provided – but you will need to bring your own duvets covers, linen and towels

Maximum of 2 small breed dogs allowed or 1 large breed dog – and cannot be left in the caravan alone and should be house trained and well behaved.

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of booking. The balance must be paid one month prior to your holiday start date.

A key/security deposit of £100  is to be paid before arrival  and will be refunded when the caravan has been checked on your departure and everything is found to be in good order with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean

Wifi is avaialble subject to provider and is chargeable - details at time of booking

Maximum of 2 small breed dogs allowed or 1 large breed dog – and cannot be left in the caravan alone and must be house trained and well behaved.
Please do not allow dogs onto the sofas or beds Also ensure they're cleaned and dried off.

No dirty shoes to be worn through the caravan.

If using the cooker, please line the grill/oven with foil. (I will try and make sure there is some there) as well as a few basic cleaning products). Please clean cooker and microwave after use - plus airfryer etc if you have used it.

Check in time is varies on dates and is either 2.30 or 4.00pm this will be confirmed at time of booking

Check out varies on dates is 10.30 or 11.30 am this will be confirmed at time of booking please leave the caravan as you found it (clean and tidy)
