The caravan is situated in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park nestled between the mountains and the sea. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.

Sleeps 8 – Three bedrooms, sofa bed in Living room. Pillows and duvets are provided - you will need to bring your own quilt covers, pillowcases, sheets and all types of towels and tea towels.

Dog/s by arrangment ( max 2 ) - However, dogs are not to be left in the caravan.

Wifi ( subject to provider) 

The living area has built in sofas, electric fire, (caravan has central heating) 32-inch TV and DVD player, there are  DVD’S, board games, cards, quizzes  and jigsaws if you wish to use them.

There are 2 toilets (1 separate) and (1 in the shower room) - Full shower cubicle with pivot glass door.

The kitchen comes complete with kettle, toaster, microwave, larder fridge with small freezer Mugs, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, saucepans, slow cooker, and general kitchen utensils. Seperate wine cooler

Parking – next to caravan- (decking side) Electric cars are not permitted to be plugged into caravans (blows whole electric on park) please use the charging points situated near the launderette.

 RULES –

 Please treat our caravan as if it was your own home and follow a few simple rules.

Please do not allow dogs onto the sofas or beds Also ensure they're cleaned and dried off.

No dirty shoes to be worn through the caravan.

If using the cooker, please line the grill/oven with foil. (I will try and make sure there is some there) as well as a few basic cleaning products). Please clean cooker and microwave after use,

No smoking inside the caravan - smoking outside is allowed but please use an ashtray.

Please leave the caravan as you found it (clean and tidy) £50 cleaning bond refunded on inspection of caravan. Accidents do happen so if crockery etc gets broken just mention it and we can replace for next family.

I can be flexible with dates so if you wanted to book more or less dates than what is exactly show under availability - please free to drop me a message with your requirments. Look forward to hearing from you 

£150.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your stay with us. Should your holiday begin within 6 weeks of your booking, full payment is required on booking.

£50 refundable security bond is required.

Discounts may be available for multiple bookings.

Families and couples only permitted with no male/female groups allowed.

Keys are collected from a key safe and returned to the key safe on the arrival/departure day of your holiday. The code for the safe key will be sent to you 24 hours prior to arrival.

Check in time is 2.30 pm please contact the owner as soon as possible if you will be checking in later.

Check out time is 10.30 am please leave the caravan as you found it (clean and tidy)
