Unity Beach, Brean Sands, Burnham on Sea, Somerset (Ref.110372)

Our holiday home is on the largest park in North Somerset in Brean. Has loads to do on park, with discount to the swimming complex & soft play, 18 hole golf course, gym and Rjs entertainment venue with passes  f  brought with us.

Theme park next to Unity.

The  wonkey donkey pub, Restaurant,  arcade games  area is free to use (no passes required)

PASSES ARE OPTIONAL  to BUY with us, and can be added onto the price as advertised. If you not interested in RJs etc  passes don't need to be added.

2 entertainment venues and a sandy beach 10 minutes walk away... golf course discount and fishing lake (licence needed). Brean theme park is right next to holiday park.

Linen for beds, guests to bring own as we do not provide (duvet cover,  sheets & pillows cases).

Towels  guests to bring 

There are Quilts 1x double and 4x singles and up to 2 pillows provided on each bed.

Unity   do  not  allow  vans  on  park .please  note it has to be a  car  or  mini bus  only  .   Transit or small vans  are not permitted. 

As  this  is  a  family park  we  are not allowed  all females or males  groups    

Please  be  respectful while on park  some of our neighbours  do not  hire out .

£100.00 Care and respect bond required with balance

6 weeks before your arrival date balance must be paid

Key safe   4pm     

Key to be  put back in key safe on departure day at 10am  

Passes  can be  added   when  booking  to  get into Rjs  entertainment venue, they also give you  half price  swimming & soft play  / golf 

Passes  if  brought   must  be  for  all  guests   and  for  the  whole of  the stay  ( park rules  not  ours )

Passes  can not be brought  from  reception  anymore  

If  you  just  want a holiday  and  not wanting to  use  the entertainment venue   it  gives you the choice 

Pitch 177  is central location  please be mindful in busy times there might be noise when people are passing 

We ask guests not to leave food or bin bags in caravan Please take to communal bins , as not to leave on the pitch ( garden)  please  make  sure  doors  windows  are  locked  while  out .  

Bond will be refunded within 7 days  as long as there is no damages , brakages  and the caravan  / garden is left tidy.  Please  leave  the  caravan as you  went  into  it . 

Please be mindful that our neighbour might not  hire out , we ask for guests to be respectful while on park   there is security on park if security is called  they have the right to remove guests off park , if this happens security will inform owners  and bond will.be automatically be lost.

Leader    must  be over 21 +  and  will be responsible  for all guests  behaver  while  on pitch  or around park .

Sorry  to park  rules  we are  not allowed  all female  of  male  groups .  This  is a family park

 A Car is  only allowed on park  on the  booking  

( no transit or small  vans  allowed  )

No  candles   are  allowed  in the caravan  or  on  the  veranda    no BBQ   allowed   due  to  damage  previously. 

Please   note   children  play equipment   the.owner  takes  no  responsibility  if  your child uses  and  gets  hurt . 

 if  any damage   you  see  please  report  so it can be  sorted or  removed   on  inspection .
