Situated off the main road in a quiet part of the park with adjacent parking /disabled parking yet still close to reception club house and pools etc

Towels and bedding linen provided for bedrooms although no bedding for inflatable bed is supplied so bring a sleeping bag or two

Check in is at 1600hrs and check out is 1000hrs however if the holiday home is ready sooner you will will recieve a text this could even be the day before 

The deposit is to cover damage at cost to the holiday home or heavily stained linen

We want you to enjoy and get the most from your holiday here so hopefully you will return the following year our local knowledge is second to none

There is an extra charge (at cost) for this at site cost of £50 for 6 guests per week we do not include them at booking as some guests choose not use the site amenities

There’s plenty to keep everyone entertained on the park too. Spend the day lounging by the heated outdoor pool, taking in the panoramic views or watching the Dartmouth Steam Railway as it puffs its way along the coastline.
