Main bedroom has double bed, bedside tables, bedside lamp, wardrobe, mirror, smart t.v. Overhead storage, radiator 

Two twin bedrooms with single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, mirror, overhead storage and radiator. 

Bedding is provided and beds made up on arrival.

We do NOT supply towels.

Bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a separate toilet and sink. Hand wash in both and one toilet roll in each.

Kitchen has a gas cooker, hob and grill. Microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery 

Nest thermostat

Tea, coffee, sugar,  supplied.

We also supply dishcloth, tea towel, washing up liquid, cooking oil, iron

Cleaning products are provided as well as a hoover, dustpan and brush and  broom

Lounge has a L-shaped dining area and a large L-shaped sofa. 32" smart t.v. Gas fire, coffee table.

No barbecues on the decking. If you use one, please raise it off the ground.

Tattershall Lakes is situated next to RAF Conningsby, where you can see displays by Typhoons, Hurricanes as well as home of the Lancaster, Spitfire and Dakotas. You will occasionally experience practice flights including night flying. We are in a good location for the planes and jets

No pets due to allergies 

There are 4 electric charge points near the guest services and some at Woodland Village, you can use for your cars. Please DO NOT charge  at the caravan as this will invalidate our insurance due to fire risk.

*A £100 security deposit/bond is required upon booking to secure your dates. This is refunded after your stay once the caravan has been checked for any damage or missing items.  
Please report any broken item as soon as possible so we can replace them.

* Only the named guests on the booking form are permitted to stay overnight. Breach of this condition will result in you being asked to leave and NO refund given.

If the caravan has been left in a mess or stains on carpet or sofa and extra cleaning is required, a charge of £25 will be taken from your deposit.

*The balance is due 6 weeks before your stay. If this is not received by then, the booking will be cancelled and no refund will be offered. Last minute bookings, full payment is required.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel your booking for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded.

*GUEST PASSES are extra if required, these give access to the bars, restaurants, pools, kids playground etc. These are ordered by me from Away Resorts and emailed to you. These can be purchased 2 weeks before your stay. These prices are controlled by the park and are subject to change. More information can be found on Away Resorts website www.awayresorts.co.uk/guest passes. We are a 6 berth caravan.

We cannot guarantee spaces for activities even with a pass. Activites do need to be pre-booked. Slots are available 21 days prior to your stay. Swimming slots do go very quick. Please check the website regularly.

Tattershall Lakes Country Park is a superb family leisure and holiday centre, sat in beautiful woods, lakes and parklands in the heart of Lincolnshire.

It offers all you and your family may need for a relaxing or active holiday, whether it be for a day out, a long weekend, or your annual holiday.

The park offers a range of activities from jet skiing, water skiing, swimming pool, fishing, golfing, speed boating, restaurant, clubhouse, spa facility and childrens play area. Beautiful walks around this 350 acre country park. The ideal spot from which to tour the Lincolnshire countryside and seaside.
