Thank you for visiting my advert and Welcome to my ABI Tebay Caravan, I have owned this since 2019, it is situated on Haven, Greenacres, Morfa Bychan, Porthmadog, this is a 2013 model, it is equipped with all the usual items for your stay, It will cater for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, 1 master and 2 singles, wash room with a shower, and a open plan kitchen diner. The van is fully central heated, plus a gas fire, there is parking for 2 vehicles. The key is obtained via a keybox, of which the code will be text to you on the day before arrival, check in is at 4pm, and checkout is 10am, this allows my cleaning team to get it sorted for the next holiday makers, You will have to provide your bed linen, and personal towel's, Duvets and pillows are provided

The caravan is on Kestrel way which is a 10 minute walk to the beach, known as Black Rock Sands, also a 10 minute walk to the entertainment and office complex, which is ideal as you do not get the night life noise.

The Haven Park is popular for this part of North Wales, easy reach to Snowdon, and the mountain range, also Porthmadog, which is 2 mile away, or 3.5 if you walk the beach road, There is a bus stop at the park entrance, which has a regular service to the town, time tables can be accessed via the internet, and at the bus stop.

On the park itself the complex offers entertainment, restaurent, swimming pool, shop,  laundrette, and a fish and chip bar.

Deposit required to secure your dates, this set at £100,

 Balance due  3 weeks before arrival,

Security Deposit of £75 , returned after Inspection Team have varified all is OK 

Names of people who are going required, this is a park requirment for insurence, 

Car Registration of the vehicle you are in for entrence, I will then email you the car pass.

I do not allow pets,

I do not supply any club or entertainment passes, also you must abide by the rules set out by Haven.

No charging of Electric vehicles from the caravan electric supply, this will be a breach of the park regulations,

Bookings for 2026 season can be reserved at no cost, reserve your date now,  All dates will be blocked on other sites to prevent others from booking, I then get in touch with you on March 1st( park opening date) to see if you still want the dates, if so you then pay a deposit to secure, if no, I open the dates for sale, this is a simple way of making sure you have first chioce on the date,
