Beautifully refurbished to a high standard, this lovely 3 bedroom holiday home, Rambling Rose, is conveniently situated close to all amenities.  It has double glazing and panel heating throughout. The wide plot provides parking for two vehicles.

The well equipped kitchen has a full sized cooker with grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and cupboards together with a large range of cutlery, crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils as well as items you just might forget from your shopping trolley.

A circular dining table with fitted seating and stools provides plenty of space for mealtimes. The lounge/diner is bright and comfortable with fitted furniture. There is a flat screen TV/DVD, radio/CD player and gas fire.

Rambling Rose has a double bedroom and two additional bedrooms with 2 single beds in each.  All have wardrobe space for your clothing.  There is a separate toilet and shower room.

Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own towels. tea towels and bed  linen. Alternatively linen can be hired from the hire shop at Rockley Park.

Location: The caravan is situated on Rockley Park, a 5 Star holiday venue with loads of fun and amenities for the children and adults alike. Family entertainment passes are not included in the price which is   for hire of the caravan only on a self catering basis. Passes can be obtained on arrival from Haven Reception.

Facilities include indoor (with flume) and outdoor (May to September) heated swimming pools, a show bar with daily and nightly entertainment, an outdoor covered sports complex with archery, basketball, football and fencing, crazy golf, climbing/abseiling wall, children's play area, amusement area with bar and restaurant, luxury spa, bike hire, a beach cafe area and water sports. Kids clubs.

Also on site is a supermarket, launderette and nature reserve with fresh water fishing lake (in season with licence).

PLEASE NOTE

Availability of park facilities and entertainment varies according to the time of year.  During the Autumn and Winter months the park is very quiet and there is little provided out of season. What is available is solely under the control of the site managers Haven Holidays. For more details please check the Haven website

On booking there is £100 non refundable deposit payable by BACS.  Credit cards only taken through FabPay. The balance is payable 60 days before your holiday commences.

Dogs are only permitted with the permission of the owner. Dogs are not permitted if they are on the dangerous breeds list (park rule). There will be no additional charge however any extra cleaning or damage must be paid for. I insist that the dog is not left alone at any time (unless crated) and that s/he is kept off the furniture especially when muddy. There is a tap outside for showering down. If you usually allow your dog to sleep on your bed, please remove and fold away the throw.

No single sex groups/Hen or Stag parties.
