Beech Rise Holiday Home on Haven Reighton Sands. Sleeps 6. Three bedrooms. In a quiet area of the park within easy walking distance to the facilities. No pets. Part sea view.
Our caravan is a 2014 Carnaby Accord, which sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms. Modern throughout.
Kitchen consists of Gas Cooker, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment cutlery, pots and pans.
Large sitting area in the living room, with Smart TV and built in DVD player. Modern electric fire. Selection of games and DVD’s.
Table and chairs.
2 x twin bedrooms, and 1 x double. A small wardrobe in both twin rooms and a large wardrobe in the double.
Large shower area in the bathroom.
Central heating and double glazing.
Outside
Own parking bay, DO NOT park on the grass, table and chairs that seat 6. Sea view.
Entertainment passes and linen NOT INCLUDED in the price, passes can be bought from the reception.

Payment terms
A £50 deposit on booking with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before arrival and a £50 refundable breakage deposit.
The £50 breakage deposit will be returned within 5 days of departure on inspection of the caravan.
PAYPAL is available the friends/ family option must be used when making a payment.
Arrival 2.30pm departure by 10am.
On departure
Please make sure all pots/pans/cutlery are washed and put away.
All bins are emptied
The heating MUST be turned off.

Filey is a traditional English seaside resort and is a fishing town on the North East coast of England. Filey is the perfect location whether you prefer an active holiday or whether you would just like to relax. Most of the town stands above the sea on a cliff which provides beautiful views of the bay below. The bay runs from Filey Brigg to the chalk cliffs of Speeton, and with its 5 mile stretch of sand it is a perfect place to enjoy a leisurely stroll.
