Sandy Haven is a privately owned double glazed caravan which available for hire Saturday 3.30pm to Saturday 9.30. Please note that Short Breaks are NOT available
This caravan sleeps up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms with a fold-out bed in the lounge. There is a parking space next to the caravan with extra parking nearby.
The lounge has a gas fire (for coooler evenings and mornings), 24 inch television and a DVD Player. There is ample seating for 8 people with a dining table in front of the 2nd sofa. There is a stable door to allow ventilation but still keep small children and dogs in the caravan.
The kitchen area has a full-sized gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and cooker hood. There are crockery, glassware and cookware for up to 8 people
The 3 bedrooms have electric panel heaters and can be arranged as 1 double and 2 twin rooms or 2 double and 1 twin romms. All bedding is provided for the 3 bedrooms. Please note that NO bedding is provided for the fold-out bed - it may be possible to hire bedding from Haven Holidays.
There is a shower room with a wash basin and a seperate toilet with wash basin.
Family single sex groups are accepted (i.e. Grandmother, mother and daughter(s))
A maximum of 2 dogs are accepted at £20 per dog per week.

Sandy Haven is available for hire Saturday 3.30 to Saturday 9.30 between beginning of March and end of October. Prices range between £315 and £910 per week. Please note that Entertainment Passes are NOT included in the price and can be bought from the main Haven Holidays rception (2018 season - adult £42.50 and £21.50 child. There are family passes avilable giving a small discount)
A 25% non-refundable deposit and a completed booking form is required within 7 days of booking to allow for payments made by cheque to arrive by post. Payments are preferred via PayPal and can be made using PayPal or credit/debit card to my PayPal account.
A discount of 10% is available off the total price of the holiday providing only the deposit is paid by 31st January 2019 with the balance due 28 days before the start of the holiday OR
A discount of 15% is available off the total price of the holiday provided full payment is made by 31st January 2019.
A refundable deposit of £50 cash is required on arrival and will be returned subject to satisfactory check of the caravan and return of the keys.

Placed among high dunes, Perran Sands has a distinctive look and feel...
The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
