There are 2 indoor swimming pools on site, main pool with slides and lazy river, second pool mainly for lane swimming. Also there is an smaller outdoor kids swimming pool at the White Horse.
Smugglers Restaurant is located at the Waterfront Complex, Fish & Chip shop located at The Windmill, The Saltings Diner at The Fun Fair, all offering a good selection of meals. Takeaways also available onsite.
Selsey village you will find cafes, Sandwich Bars, Off License, Bakery, Post Office, supermarkets, Med Cars Taxis and Newsagents & restaurants.

A £100 non refundable deposit is required to secure booking. We are unable to reserve your required booking date without the £100 deposit being received. The £100 deposit payment will be taken off the total rental amount upon your arrival.
The final outstanding payment for your holliday is required upon arrival in cash.
A £100 security/ damage deposit is payable and will be refunded on departure after inspection depending on condition of caravan.
