Caravan Layout

The main living space has a large seating and dining area with an open and spacious feel.  The lounge benefits from fitted gas fire, Freeview LCD colour TV with DVD player, a Digital video recorder (DVR) and free Wi-Fi.

The very roomy master bedroom has its own access to the main bathroom and is also fitted with electric panel heating, TV, and several large fitted wardrobes, plus over bed storage and bedside tables.

There is also a twin bedded room and a fold out sofa bed in lounge. Pillows and duvets are supplied, bed linen is not, and although most people prefer to bring their own, it can be hired for a small charge if required.

The well-equipped kitchen comes with a fitted oven/ hob /grill, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans, utensils and crockery.

The w/c and shower room is fitted with a ceramic suite, bathroom cabinet with mirror, a spacious shower, and panel heater with towel rail. There is also a second w/c  off the hallway with mirror and wash basin.

The caravan is fully safety checked and comes with Fire Extinguisher, Fire Blanket, Blankets, Smoke Alarms & CO detector.

A vacuum cleaner, iron and table top ironing board are also provided, as are supplementary heaters for the colder nights.

Sited on a prime location plot, our caravan is within a few minutes’ walk of the beach, shops, entertainment and leisure complex and other facilities.

Located on the edge of the beautiful South Downs Selsey is also an ideal base from which to visit local places of interest such as nearby Bognor Regis, Portsmouth and Chichester, Amberley Working Museum, Arundel Castle,  The Weald and Downland Museum, Fishbourne Roman Palace, Tangmere Military Aviation Museum and The Wittering’s, to name but a very few of them.

Your booking is from  4pm on the holiday start date to 10am on the day of departure.

A non-refundable deposit of £75 is payable on booking.

The balance plus a £50 security deposit must be paid 6 weeks before holiday start date.

For bookings where the holiday start date is less than 6 weeks, the whole sum will be payable at the time of booking.

The security deposit will be refunded following inspection by the cleaners (assuming no damage is reported and the caravan is found to be left in a satisfactory condition) normally within 7 days of your departure.

We regret that full balance refunds cannot be made for holidays cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date and for this reason we recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance if you do not already have it.

Passes for swimming pools & Entertainment are not included in the price, but may be purchased from reception on arrival if required.

The Park owners reserve the right to refuse entry to accommodation from parties which may in their opinion be unsuitable, either by reason of numbers composition or false declaration.  For this reason we are unable to accept bookings from groups of 3 or more persons of the same sex (unless family), or groups of persons under the age of 21.
