The park is well established, peaceful, well kept and has been awarded 5 stars from Visit Wales. There is full decking to the side enjoying morning and evening sun and a paved patio to the rear enjoying full sun. Patio furniture to both decked and patio area is provided with cushions for your comfort and enjoyment for Alfresco Dining. Parking space to the side. Accomodation comprises 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a double bed with mattress topper and matress protector, double duvet, 2x pillows with protectors, double wardrobe, dressing table with stool and overbed storage cupboards Wall mounted 32 inch TV with built in DVD player.  A door leads to ensuite comprising toilet and wash basin for additional privacy and convenience. The second bedroom has two single beds with mattress protectors, 2 x single duvets and 2 x pillows with protectors, single wardrobe, bedside cabinet and overhead storage cupboards. Wall mounted TV with built in DVD player. The main bathroom is fully equipped with a walk in shower, wash basin, mirrored cabinet with shaver socket and toilet. There is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Gas oven and hob, large fridge with 3drawer freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Dining table seats 4 persons. The open plan lounge has a corner 4 seat sofa and 2 seater sofa for your relaxation time. Coffee table and 43 inch flat screen TV. Electric fire. The caravan is fully double glazed and has gas fired central heating and a combination boiler with instant hot water. There are local amenities situated within easy reach including newsagent, bakery, hairdressers, Boots pharmacy and good sized Co Op supermarket. Llandudno is approx 2 miles away and has lots of shopping, a swimming pool, theatre, beach and pier and the Great Orme. Penrhyn Bay is the closest beach with a promenade. Golf course close by at Rhos on Sea which also has a lovely beach, cafes and gift shops. There is a bus stop outside the park running frequently to Llandudno, Rhos on Sea and Colwyn Bay.  PLEASE NOTE: A dog has been in the caravan previously should anyone wishing to rent have any allergies. Strictly No Smoking in or around the Caravan. Entry from 2pm. departure 10:00am.  We look forward to welcoming you to our holiday home.

To secure your holiday a Non Refundable deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking and the balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start date.

Please remember to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, bath towels, hand towels and teatowels.

High chair and travel cot can be provided at an extra cost of £20 per week.

Llandudno is Wales's largest resort, uniquely situated between the Great and Little Orme with two wonderful beaches, the award winning North Shore and the quiet, sand duned West Shore.

Llandudno has kept its Victorian and Edwardian elegance and splendour, despite its modern attractions. Llandudno is only 2 miles away from our caravan park and boasts an indoor swimming pool, theatre, museum, bowling green and alley, tennis courts, golf courses, a large shopping centre and many other attractions on the Great Orme including; mines, cable cars, trams, toboggan run and artificial ski slope.

Rhos-on-Sea is one and a half miles away with plenty of shops to look around, it has a small harbour and is ideal for water sports.

Colwyn Bay, with its Mountain Zoo, leisure centre and Eirias Park 3 miles away.

The quaint town of Conwy is 5 miles away and well worth a visit for it's medieval castle, marina, open-air market, many shops, boat trips and bustling quayside.

These resorts are easily accessible as buses frequently pass the park entrance.

Penrhyn Bay has all you would expect in a village with it's man-made beach, shops, bowling green, restaurants and a golf course close by.
