This wonderful Holiday Park set in acres of beautiful parkland in Lincolnshire, with Fantastic Leisure Facilities like it's very own Club Tropicana, indoor Swimming Pool, Crazy Golf, Amusement Arcade, its own Laundrette, S and outdoor Play Areas including Basket ball and Tennis Court and its about 6 Minutes from Chapel St Leonards Beach...

In the day splash around in the indoor Heated Pool, before heading to Skegness which offers Fantastic Sandy Beaches, indoor and outdoor Amusement Parks, Shopping and Theatres.

Then head back to the Park to eat in the JW'S Bar and Grill, Fish and Chip, Chinese or Pizza Takeaway, then enjoy the evening entertainment in the Park.

There is loads to keep the Family entertained big and small and there's plenty of Fun to be had at there Children's Adventure Parks there is even an on Site Entertainment Venue (Club Tropicana) which has children entertainment, play area and also cash prize Bingo for the adults and Live Entertainment for all ages...

15 minutes drive to Skegness, 7 minutes drive to Fantasy Island you also have access to local transport bus routes just outside the entrance...

The Caravan is a Stone Throw away from the Entrance and all the Parks Amusements and Amenities, so relax, off load and stroll back to enjoy the evening in your Home Away from Home with Lights both on the Decking area and Slabbng Walkway leading from our Private Driveway at the back of the caravan...

Caravan Information 

Welcome to our Family Holiday Home 6 Berth Caravan (which has One double bedroom and One twin bedroom with a Pullout double bed for 1 or 2 extra guests in the lounge), beds are freshly made and towels are provided in each of the toilet areas...

The caravan is double glazed and has central heating, 2 toilets (one ensuite in the double bedroom), also a gas fire in the lounge, a 32inch smart tv with wifi, 24inch tv in each of the bedrooms, fully equiped kitchen with full size Fridge Frezzer, Airfrye, Microwave, pots pans and crockery, and there is a Steam Cleaner (instead of iron and board), Hoover etc...

Brand new wrap around Lit Decking with a Beautiful Seating area, Overlooking one of the parks Play Areas, so you can keep an eye on your children, whilst enjoying a drink in the fresh air...

Private parking towards the back of the caravan...

We ask for a £50 non refundable deposit to secure the booking with the balance due at least 4 weeks before your start date, £50 is taken off the holiday price...

£100 refundable bond required on all bookings, refunded within 24 hours after check out providing the caravan is left clean and there is no damages to the inside, decking and seating area...

Payment is bank transfer to be made anytime up to 4 weeks before your holiday start date...

Check in is between 2pm and 5pm and the caravan key is with the reception, please note there is a £20 site key bond, which is refunded upon departure...

Check out is up until 10am on the last day of your holiday...
