2 Twin Bedrooms and 1 Double Bedroom plus a Double pull out bed in Living room area.
Also have Travel cot if required.
Lovely Living room and Dining area with table. Electric fire in living room area. Gas central heating through out.
Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and Air fryer etc.
Hair dryer and Straighteners provided should you forget to pack yours.
Iron and ironing board provided also.
In the living room there is a Treasure chest full of games to keep little ones and families entertained, also loads of Dvd's in cupboard.
Free WiFi if required.
Parking at side of caravan.

Approx 30 mins to Hornsea : Beach, Honeysuckle farm, Hornsea Mere, Hornsea freeport, Bugtopia, Jump around Inflata Park, Skate park and play ground and more.
Approx 50 mins to Bridlington : Sea front with rides, Beach, Arcades, Fish and chip shops, gift shops, Cafes, pubs, shopping and more.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required to be cleared to secure your stated dates. This is then kept as damage bond and refunded day of departure providing there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. 

Full settlement payment is required in full and payments cleared at least 4 weeks before your chosen dates.

If booking within 4 weeks of desired dates, payment is required in full at time of booking.

You may enter the accommodation no sooner than 3pm on day of arrival and you need to vacate the accommodation no later than 10am on morning of leaving.

Bedding is included with your stay however towels are not included.

Any problems with the accommodation needs to be reported immediately upon arriving at the accommodation. Please contact the above number with the information or any other queries regarding your stay.

The accommodation must be left in the same condition you found it, any damage or excessive cleaning required to the property will result in your damage bond not been refunded.

Withernsea Sands Holiday Park in Yorkshire is perfect for family holidays. Situated right next door to a Blue Flag beach and ideally positioned to explore the coastal countryside and town of Withernsea.

There’s a fabulous indoor pool as well as plenty of open spaces for the kids to run free around the Park. In the evening visit the Boathouse Tavern for live cabaret, discos and dancing, plus a big screen and Sky TV.

We run a full entertainment schedule at Bank Holidays and peak weeks, with a quieter schedule at other times.
