Our new six berth caravan is sited adjacent to the beautiful Moray coastal path and at the edge of Roseisle Forest, three minutes walk from the sea. The magnificent Moray Coast has been voted one of the top twenty most beautiful coastal areas on the planet by National Geographic.

The caravan has a smart double bedroom with an en-suite, a large wardrobe and draw set.  The twin bedroom has a single wardrobe, mirror and cupboards.  The bathroom is comprised of a large shower cubicle, washbasin and lavatory.
the well equipped kitchen has a gas hob/oven, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a microwave and a full range of pots, pans and crockery.

The large open plan living area incorporates ample seating, part of which converts into a pull-out double bed.  There is also a stylish dining area, included within the lounge area is a gas fire, Tv/dvd and ample storage.

We have a gated decking/veranda area, with table and chairs for you to peacefully enjoy your morning coffee whilst listening to the woodland birds.

Linen and towels are provided and electricity and gas are all inclusive in the cost of your stay.  The caravan also has central heating.

Dogs are welcome (max 2), at an additional cost of £10 per dog per week.

There is a £50 non-refundable deposit. If canceled 4 weeks before stay. Balance is due 2 weeks before stay.

SHORT BREAKS  available of 3/4/5/6 nights,   September to June inclusive from £62 night . No short breaks in July and August.

Over 4 guests an extra charge of £10 a night per person or £50 a week,from 1/1/18(maximum 6 guests)

Dogs allowed, maximum 2, at a extra cost of £10 ( sorry but need to extra  clean)

Burghead Beach Caravan Park may have limited on-site facilities but there are numerous facilities within easy walking distance! The park is located on Burghead Beach giving stunning views of the Moray Firth coastline and harbour area of Burghead. 5 miles of golden sandy beach is on your doorstep, excellent for walking or just relaxing.

Roseisle Woodland Picnic Area is also easily accessible from the park or beach, an excellent woodland area for walks or play with access to barbeque equipment.

Burghead is a beautiful coastal village with many amenities including local shop, pharmacy and 3 pubs providing excellent meals at very reasonable prices. There is also a large play park and sports ground, and a local outdoor bowling club a short distance nearby. Burghead also has the well documented 'Pictish Site' and Burning of the Clavie at Doorie Hill, which has become a very popular tourist attraction over the years. You can also walk or cycle the Coastal Trail east, toward Hopeman, 2 miles away, which also has all the amenities above plus an 18 hole Golf Course.

The city of Elgin is only 8 miles away and has the usual High Street Stores, Supermarkets etc, as well as a Leisure Centre which includes Swimming Pool, Ice Rink and Gym. Elgin also has a tenpin bowling alley and High Street Pubs and Clubs, and are all accessible from Burghead by car or a regular Bus Service. The City of Inverness is only a 45 minute drive west of Burghead and has a connecting Airport to many other UK airports.
