Welcome our luxury two bedroom static caravan, which we affectionately call Tenby Towers!

Our Victory Vermont caravan is a 36ft x 12 ft luxury holiday home, situated in a cul-de-sac on Guillemot, the most prestigious part of the Kiln Park site. It’s around a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the entertainment complex. The on-site shop is only a 2 minute stroll away.

Our caravan is immaculately presented and we aim to include everything you need for a relaxed self-catering holiday. There are two bedrooms, which accommodate a maximum of four people. It is fully centrally heated and double glazed.

We have a private parking space, alongside our spacious grass and patio area with garden furniture.

The lounge has free standing comfortable sofas, a gas fire, a 32" flat screen TV with digital freeview and a DVD player. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with; a full size gas oven and hob, a separate fridge and spacious freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and all the cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery you could need for comfortable cooking and dining.

A dining table with four chairs sits between the open plan lounge and kitchen, with a high chair also available for little ones. 

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with memory foam mattress, built in wardrobes, TV/DVD player. The attached en-suite has a toilet and small hand basin.

The second bedroom has twin beds with an optional travel cot available for babies, a spacious wardrobe and some cupboard space.

There is a separate, fully fitted bathroom with spacious shower (with inbuilt seat), hand basin and toilet.

All of the rooms are fully centrally heated and double glazed.

PLEASE NOTE:
We provide duvets and pillows with protector covers, however you will need to take your own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels, tea towels and toiletries/toilet rolls.

This is a NO SMOKING and pet free caravan.

1. Bookings made provisionally by telephone or e-mail will be held for five days only. If a deposit or payment is not received within 5 days, your reserved holiday dates will automatically be re-advertised.
2. A £50 deposit per week (non-refundable) is required with completed booking form to secure holiday.  Your booking will be confirmed by return of post.  If you have not received confirmation within 10 days of posting your booking, please telephone.
3. Final balance is due by latest 6 weeks (42 days) before holiday start date.  If balance is not received by this date, the booking will be deemed cancelled automatically, and re-advertised.  Please send a stamped addressed envelope together with your final payment, to include an additional £50 “bond” (please see item 4 below).  You will then be sent a “key form” which you will need to produce at Kiln Park Reception upon arrival in order for them to issue keys to you.  Please make sure that you return the keys to reception upon departure.
4. An additional refundable amount of £50 is required as a “bond”. However, this amount will be fully refunded 14 days after your holiday, providing that the caravan has been left clean and tidy, no damage has occurred, and that the keys are returned to reception upon departure.  If the caravan is not left in the clean and undamaged condition in which it was found, then your “bond” will automatically be forfeited.
    
5. All holiday bookings are from 3.00pm on arrival and departure by 10.00am LATEST, as cleaners need to access the caravans at 10.00am promptly.  Please collect and return your key at Kiln Park Reception, using your “key form”. The holiday booking dates will be as shown on your confirmation letter and “key form”.
6. Keys must be returned to Kiln Park Reception on departure to ensure return of your bond.
7. A separate full cleaning service is available at a cost of £30.  To take advantage of this, please complete a Caravan Cleaning” form when paying the balance for your holiday.  If not using this service, then your caravan must be thoroughly cleaned on departure.
8. No bicycles, or outdoor toys or equipment to be stored inside the caravan.  Please secure such items tidily outside the caravan, or inside your vehicle.  Any damage occurring from such actions (soiling of carpets/damage to furniture, etc) must be paid for.
9. Please remove all dirty or sandy footwear on entering the caravan.  A shoe bucket is provided for easy storage.
10. All breakages, damage or loss must be paid for (replacement small inventory items can be purchased from Kiln Park Reception).  You will be held liable for the total cost of any willful damage and/or vandalism to the caravan, surrounding area and contents during your stay.  In the event of any damage the owner (not the park) must be contacted as soon as possible, and must definitely be advised before your departure date.
11. Any holiday cancellations must be advised immediately by telephone and confirmed in writing together with the return of any documents (key forms, etc.). The cancellation date will start from the day written confirmation is received, and refunds in goodwill may be given on the following sliding scale (less £25 administration charge) :

12. The owner is not insured for, and therefore cannot accept bookings for parties in excess of four people.  Unauthorised parties over the stated maximum number will invalidate your booking and all insurances.  The owner and management and security team of Kiln Park, reserve the right to immediately terminate the holiday of any party over a maximum stated, or containing a person not listed on the booking form.
13. The area surrounding the hire caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
14. No cars to be parked on the grass.  Additional cars that cannot park on the allocated tarmac parking bay must park in one of the communal parking areas.
15. Litter and refuse must be disposed of in designated areas provided by the Park.  Do not leave full waste bins in the caravan on departure.
16. Ball games are not allowed outside the caravans and in the road. For their own safety, please ensure your children play any ball games or use their bikes, etc, on the allocated playing areas and sports fields, and not outside the caravans or on the road.
17. The use of barbecues is permitted.  Please use sensibly and keep away from the caravan and any patio furniture. Do not use disposable barbecues directly on the patio or grass. Please note that a barbecue is NOT provided. Please show consideration to other caravan owners, particularly keeping noise to a minimum if sitting outside
18. The owner shall not be liable for any personal injury, accident or death, cancellation of holiday, loss or damage suffered by you or your party, or your personal belongings.  Holiday makers are responsible for their own protection and insurance against these events.
19. Only dogs are allowed on the Kiln Park site. If you are considering take a pet with you to the caravan, please speak to us about this in advance. The owners reserve the right to refuse.
20. No stag and hen parties are allowed. The hirer must be a minimum of 21 years of age.  The owner reserves the right to refuse bookings at their discretion. This is in line with booking policy for the Park and many other places in Tenby.
21. Strictly “NO SMOKING” in the caravan.  Any party found to have been smoking in the caravan will automatically forfeit their £50 “bond”. And will be billed for any extra cleaning required. Smoking is permitted on the patio and garden area.  Please dispose of cigarette ends safely and appropriately.
22. “Funworks” entertainment passes are available from Kiln Park Holiday Centre, and cannot be issued directly by the owners.
23. Charges for any jobs undertaken by Kiln Park during your stay, which have not been authorised by the owners, will be at your own cost, and will be charged to you or deducted from your bond.
24. The owner and management and security team of Kiln Park, reserve the right to refuse any booking and to immediately terminate the holiday of any person who does not abide by these Terms or by the Park’s Terms & Conditions, or whose conduct is detrimental to the caravan or holiday park.
25. We provide duvets and pillows, however you will need to take your own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels, tea towels and toiletries/toilet rolls. You will also need to take the 'key form' supplied after your finally payment to pick up the key from reception on arrival.
