The kitchen has a lovely cottage feel, with a separate oven and hob and plenty of cupboard space. Microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, vacuum cleaner, 

There is a family bathroom, with toilet, shower and sink.
The balcony runs from the front door and round to the front of the caravan, ideal for sitting out on and safe enough to let children play. Ideal for an evening glass of wine on the ratten furniture.
All necessary pillows and duvets will be left in the caravan for holiday makers to use.

Please bring your own towels, sheets and quilt covers can be supplied for a nominal fee,

A deposit of £50 per caravan (cheque or bank transfer) will be required to secure the booking, With full payment required 8 weeks prior to holiday date. If payment is not received in full it will be assumed the booking is no longer required. And the deposit will NOT be refunded.
