Our family owned 6 berth caravan is the perfect getaway for a relaxing, fun filled holiday for families or couples to enjoy.  It's a 2 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach and close to all amenities and entertainment.  We have 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin). Fully central heated and double glazed.  We have a lovely decking area with patio table and chairs and small garden ideal for children to play in.

The park has 4 heated swimming pools, a spa pool, waterflume + lazy river, go carts, crazy golf, 100ft archery tent, Bear Grylls experience, zip-wire, segway hire and much more. Lovely restaurants and take-aways and plenty of entertainment.

Park rules must be adhered to at all times, this includes no groups of single set parties or under 21's. Club passes can be obtained from reception. 

Our caravan is strictly NO SMOKING  and sorry but NO PETS are allowed.  We have free WiFi, a 42" free view TV and PlayStation 3 console to use.

Booking dates are Fri-Mon 3 nights, Mon-Fr 4 nights, Mon-Mon 7 nights or Fri-Fri 7 nights. We require a £50 non refundable deposit to secure booking also a £100 refundable security bond returned within a week.

A great base for exploring the scenic Sussex countryside, 1066 country, and the fun seaside town of Hastings.

With 4 indoor fun pools and a flume, plus spa bath, solarium and sauna, you are completely spoilt for choice! The kids will love the adventure playground and Sparky’s Krew fun. After a fabulous meal in the Boathouse Bar and Restaurant, sit back and enjoy the glittering shows and visiting cabaret in the Starlight Showbar.
