Fantastically situated in a quiet secluded area and at the head of a small cul de sac on White Cross Bay and next to our other Boutique Lodge Mistletoe One Boutique Luxury Lodge, you have the best of both worlds.  Nestled into a natural backdrop of woodland, Mistletoe Two Boutique Luxury Lodge is a true Gem! This lodge gives you peace and tranquility and it also offers the wonderful facilities of White Cross Bay with its leisure facilities*, restaurant, bar and high season full entertainment & ranger programme for children just a 5 minutes stroll away through the park.  Blessed with a slightly elevated location, the lodge has a magnificent afternoon and evening sunny decked area with Hot Tub.  A short walk through the wood to Lake Windermere and all the majestic scenery of the Langdates come into view.  It’s truly breathtakingly beautiful.  Mistletoe Two Boutique Lodge is perfectly placed within the award winning UNESCO Lake District National Park for you to explore one of the country’s finest landscapes.   Fully heated and available to book from early February through to early January the year following, this lodge is just a perfect all year round romantic retreat.

‘Superbly finished, on trend and a touch of perfection, luxury is what our Mistletoe Two Boutique Lodge has to offer.

On approach up a slight short incline, the lodge has parking for up to 2 cars.  There are 3 steps up to a full-length bespoke verandah area, which enables a great undercover area to be used Day or night in whatever weather.  Very atmospheric and peaceful this verandah comes complete with undercover seating and dining opportunities and at night time it is romantically lit with contemporary lighting and tree lit twinkling lighting stretching down to the hot tub.

‘You enter the lodge through double opening French Doors from the verandah into a wonderful sociable lounge, dining & kitchen area.  

Details of Lounge:

3 seater leather modern up to date sofa and additional leather occasional chair.  Up to the moment with feature decor with an insert stove effect electric  log burner with a 42” wall mounted Smart TV - and with the added assistance of our wi fi booster, the internet and our smart tv’s offer you all your home comforts - (don’t forget your Netflix log on details!).  All windows throughout the lounge, kitchen and dining area have integrate double glazing blinds for your convenience.  There is a large double panel central heating radiator which is on continually throughout the winter months.  There is a double/usb socket next to the sofa.  

Details of Kitchen:

Fully integrated Fridge & Freezer (Approx 70% 30%), integrated dishwasher, electric full sized fan assisted oven with integrated grill, gas 4 hob with integrated cooker hood over.  There is a range of wall cabinets and base cabinets complete with everything you need for a holiday including kettle, Toaster and microwave.  The kitchen area has the use of a good sized free-standing glass cabinet which offers addition storage, featuring wine racks, a wine cooler, 

Details of Dining area:

Round glass dining table with 4 comfy dining chairs.  Equipped with ample crockery & glassware for dining, the lodge also has a quantity of plastic glasses for the hot tub and plastic plates for outdoor use. 

‘There is a convenient lounge, kitchen and dining area doorway to the integral lodge hallway.  Off the hall way is the bathroom, small bedroom and lovely master bedroom.

Details of Master Bedroom:

Kingsize bedframe, luxury comfort mattress, complete with mattress enhancer.  2 x bedside cabinets with Double/usb plug in sockets either side of the bed, bedside lighting,2 x fitted wardrobes, dressing table with drawer and additional storage cupboard (Dyson vacumn is stored in here for the lodge use).  Sheepskin luxury rugs and feature dressing area sheepskin stool.  Luxury feel with unique bespoke teak natural wood feature wall cladding.  This room also features a Smart TV and a convenient electric panel radiator which can be adjusted to an individual’s temperature requirement.

Details of Small Bedroom:

This room is ideal for 2 smaller children or one adult.  The beds are both  2’3” and are standard adult length.  The room has a “Ticket to the Stars” subtle theme running through it.  It also features some wet day toys and games.  There is a Smart TV installed and there is a USB charger points and socket positioned  between the beds.  There is also a mirror fronted small wardrobe and a electric panel radiator which can be adjusted to individual guests temperature requirement.

Generous integrated full size step in shower with shower door.  Luxury vanity Unit with wash Hand Basin.  Integrated luxury W.C. with concealed flush. Central heated ladder radiator, storage shelving.


Fabulous south facing afternoon/evening sunny deck.  Contemporary gorgeous cocoon swinging hammock chair.  2 x armchair-style dining chairs, 3 seater settee and matching dining table.  Complimented with contrasting quality cushions.  Matching parasol.  Our 6 seater hot tub is cleansed & prepared - so it’s nice and hot and ready for your use on arrival.  Featuring LED coloured lighting and. With the atmospheric backdrop of the trees behind, the hot tub is lovely and secluded when trees are in leaf.  It is Fenced off for children’s safety.

We can only take bookings For 3 night weekend breaks Friday to Monday or 4 night midweek breaks starting on a Monday and departing on Friday.  Full weeks can be booked commencing on either a Monday and a Friday.  We include freshly laundered bedding, bath and hand towels, washing up drying towels (Mistletoe Two Boutique Lodge has a dish washer installed).  It also includes all electricity, gas and unlimited use of our Hot Tub.  Should you wish to use the leisure facilities of White Cross Bay, (indoor swimming pool, sauna & gym) then you can for a cost of £15.  This covers all guests of our lodge for the duration of your stay and is payable locally at the reception. 


*We require 20% deposit to save any date

*Bringing a dog - not a problem.  We accept up to 2 dogs in each lodge at any time.  Dogs are and additional £20 each and must be declared at the time of booking.  

*All payments are accepted by Bank Transfer only

*We require a £150 Damage Deposit/Good Housekeeping deposit which is fully refundable proving our lodge & hot tub are left in a clean and undamaged.  Full details are available to view on our web site -

Rental Booking Terms & Conditions

The lodge is booked for 3 nights  Friday to Monday at a weekend or 4 nights Monday to Friday.  It is also available for full weeks commencing on either a Friday or a Monday.  

  • Deposit for reserving dates is 20% of the holiday rental and is due within 8 weeks of arrival. COVID 19 we are relaxing our terms and conditions and we are currently enabling guests to settle their full balance payments and damage deposits 1 calendar month before arrival.  We are also allowing guests extended flexibility around transferring holiday deposits etc.  Normally deposits are fixed, but whilst we are uncertain of travel restrictions etc, we are allowing guest to change holiday dates (subject to tariff changes and availability)  We do however need to stress, if the resort of White Cross Bay is accepting guests, then we will and bookings will remain fixed. We need to finally add, we can not be held responsible for any facilities or services which White Cross Bay fail to deliver on - i.e. indoor swimming pool, restaurant, gym and this includes also the resort's WiFi.
  • We will require £150 fully refundable Damage Deposit/Good Housekeeping Deposit.  This is fully refundable providing our lodge and hot tub are left in a undamaged condition (see our terms and conditions which will be made available to you prior to booking)
  • All Payments are accepted by bank transfer.
  • Prices include cleaning and laundry charges
  • Prices include gas, electricity and bed linen, washing up drying towels, bath and hand towels.
  • Leisure passes are payable separately at the reception at White Cross Bay £15* based on 2018 prices per lodge per stay and includes all 6 guests for £15 - excellent value.  This pass normally includes indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym.  Entrance to the resorts restaurant and bar, there is no admission charge.
