As you walk into the open plan kitchen which is fully equipped including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle. Plates, dishes, cups, pots and pans, oven trays, utensils, cutlery, and glasses are all supplied for your convenience. The holiday home is spacious and offers two bedrooms, master bedroom with wall mounted TV and orthopedic double mattress and a full shower en-suite.  Second bedroom offers two full size single beds.  The main bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower, toilet and basin.

The spacious open plan living, and dining area has free-standing furniture, white leather settee and dining table with four chairs, plus lots of storage space and an electric fire. With side opening patio doors onto the full side decking, leaving a full extended balcony to enjoy, with table and chairs.

Full WiFi is available in this holiday home together with freeview. Please note the phone signal can be interrupted.

Checkout at 10am leaving your key in the same place as collected - in the key box, please make sure the box is locked.  Your check-in is after 4pm, email/text with your directions, track and trace, key code number forwarded 24 hours before arrival. 

There is a complimentary welcome pack - toilet roll in each toilet, with hand-towel, hand soap, in the kitchen: small pack of antibacterial wipes, tea/coffee/sugar and biscuit, washing up liquid and 2 tea towels and black sack.

Please note: NO bedding in the holiday home, you will need to bring Duvet/pillow(s), both double and 2 single sets including linen.  It is available to hire £20 per double set and £10 per single from the cleaning service, let me know at time of booking.

Full balance due on or before 6 weeks prior to the booked date
£100 used as your deposit, when holiday home secured back to us and left in good order - deposit refunded 3-5 days later.

As this is a pet friendly holiday home:  It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure your pet is kept under control and on a leash when in the park and around surrounding areas. Please note that pets are not allowed in the bedroom or any of the holiday home furniture.  You will be held responsible for soling or damage to the holiday home.
