Recently refurbished this BK Bluebird Caprice 35-foot-long and 12-foot-wide is on a larger plot offering a lovely green area to the side, a balcony with bistro table and two chairs, to enjoy those peaceful moments.  This is deceptively spacious inside offering a great family holiday home, patio doors from the extended balcony into the lounge, new carpet throughout. A 47-inch TV with DVD/Freeview, storage and a free-standing settee and one armchair, a great place to relax. The dining table is set to one side with four dining chairs, opening onto an open plan kitchen area which is fully equipped with new toaster and kettle, integrated fridge and freezer with plenty of storage, gas cooker and worktop microwave. Full complement of plates, dishes, cups and glasses together with cutlery and cooking utensils.  Master bedroom with double bed, storage and TV/DVD/Freeview, second bedroom offers twin single beds with wardrobe space and wall mounted TV/DVD. Main bathroom with shower, toilet and basin plus a second separate toilet and basin.

Please note that the balcony and decking and surrounding area around the holiday home does have leaves especially in high winds, every effort is made to keep the leaves at bay.

Checkout at 10am leaving your key in the same place as collected - in the key box, please make sure the box is locked.  Your check-in is after 4pm, email/text with your directions, track and trace, key code number forwarded 24 hours before arrival. 

There is a complimentary welcome pack - toilet roll in each toilet, with hand-towel, hand soap, in the kitchen: small pack of antibacterial wipes, tea/coffee/sugar and biscuit, washing up liquid and 2 tea towels and black sack.

Please note: NO bedding in the holiday home, you will need to bring Duvet/pillow(s), both double and 2 single sets including linen.  It is available to hire £20 per double set and £10 per single from the cleaning service, let me know at time of booking.

WIFI is virtually non-existent on the park, should you require the WIFI it is available around the complex but not in the holiday homes unless we have specifically stated. Please make sure you have adequate data to tether your mobile or bring a dongle. Phone signal can be interrupted.

£100 used as your deposit, when holiday home secured back to us and left in good order - deposit refunded 3-5 days later.

As this is a pet friendly holiday home:  It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure your pet is kept under control and on a leash when in the park and around surrounding areas. Please note that pets are not allowed in the bedroom or any of the holiday home furniture.  You will be held responsible for soling or damage to the holiday home.
