2018 ABI, Beaumont is 42-foot-long x 14-foot-wide, located at the top of the park close to amenities and the complex, this beautifully present holiday home is the ideal family holiday home balcony and side decking and closing gate, offering a real sun trap.

Open plan dining area within the kitchen area which is fully equipped with more than enough cupboard and pantry space, including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. Plates, dishes, cups, pots and pans, oven trays, utensils, cutlery, and glasses are all supplied for your convenience.

A very large spacious lounge with free standing settees and pouffe stool offers further storage, a contemporary fire to keep the chill away, opening double patio doors, wall mounted TV/DVD/Freeview, makes this an ideal place to relax and enjoy the features offered. 

Master bedroom with king size plenty and drawer space and wardrobes, TV/freeview with adjoining en-suite full shower room with multiple storage units. Bedroom two and three are larger than most holiday homes, offering two full size single beds in each, with wardrobe and TV.  A full family bathroom with shower, toilet, and basin with storage.

Checkout at 10am leaving your key in the same place as collected - in the key box, please make sure the box is locked.  Your check-in is after 4pm, email/text with your directions, track and trace, key code number forwarded 24 hours before arrival. 

There is a complimentary welcome pack - toilet roll in each toilet, with hand-towel, hand soap, in the kitchen: small pack of antibacterial wipes, tea/coffee/sugar and biscuit, washing up liquid and 2 tea towels and black sack.

Please note: NO bedding in the holiday home, you will need to bring Duvet/pillow(s), both double and 2 single sets including linen.  It is available to hire £20 per double set and £10 per single from the cleaning service, let me know at time of booking.

WIFI is virtually non-existent on the park, should you require the WIFI it is available around the complex but not in the holiday homes unless we have specifically stated. Please make sure you have adequate data to tether your mobile or bring a dongle. Phone signal can be interrupted.

Full balance due on or before 6 weeks prior to the booked date
£100 used as your deposit, when holiday home secured back to us and left in good order - deposit refunded 3-5 days later.
