The site has access to a beautiful sandy beach next to the site ¸(no need to cross the railway track or road just a 1 minute walk) and there’s a heated swimming pool, ice cream parlour, burger bar, chippy, club house (live entertainment, Bingo, Kids club, Quiz time, Karaoke) shop, arcade and laundrette on site.

The caravan is a home away from home and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy your holiday. All you need to bring is bedding (duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets) and towels.

Bedding and towels can be provided for an addition cost of £10 double and £5 per single. 

Site passes can be purchased from reception for £30/£40 per caravan. 

The van is fully cleaned between guests and all of the beds have mattress and pillow protectors on, again these are all changed and cleaned between guests.

Please note, check in is after 2pm on day of arrival and check out is before 11am on day of departure. 

Smart TV in lounge so bring your Netflix or Disney log in, also over 60 channels via the aerial, however the signal from a phone hotspot can vary due to the mountains.

All cooking utensils supplied and crockery with microwave, toaster and fridge (includes a freezer compartment).

Bathroom has good sized shower and heated towel rail.

There is parking for 2 cars down the side of van.

Gas and electricity included

Barmouth is approximately a 10-minute drive where you will find local shops include Iceland, The Original Factory Shop, COOP, many souvenir memento shop and fun fair.

Wifi available at an extra cost.

A refundable deposit of £100 secures your booking. The full balance needs to be paid 4 weeks before you go away. Deposit will be refunded within 24 hours when the caravan has been checked and the cleaner confirms there is nothing broken and the caravan is left in the same condition it was found (clean, tidy, etc). If you cancel your booking within 4 weeks of arrival you lose your deposit.

Sunnysands Caravan Park is situated on the shores of Cardigan Bay, three miles north of Barmouth, Mid Wales. From the windows of the caravans you can look straight ahead to Cardigan Bay, westwards across Tremadoc Bay to Pwllheli and Bardsey Island, southwards to Barmouth and the Cader mountain range and Northwards away into Snowdonia. Behind the park lie the Ardudwy mountains.

The pinelog swimming pool has an adjoining toddlers splash pool and solarium. In the Amusement Arcade there is a selection of games machines and prize Bingo. The Lobster Pot Fish 'n' Chip Take-Away and Pool Side Coffee Shop provide meals from breakfast to late evening. The site shop is open every day for all your household needs, including fresh milk, bread and newspapers. The site also has a launderette, post box and telephones. Boats can be launched with direct access from Park to beach.
