Extremely spacious and comfortable, 3 bedroom caravan on Mablethorpe's Golden Sands.

The lounge has plenty of very comfortable seating, a gas fire and a 32" flatscreen tv and dvd player. There are a selection of dvd's, books and games. 

There is a separate dining area and fully fitted kitchen with everything you will need for your family holiday. There will also be a stock of little essentials, such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper etc which you will find useful.

The main bedroom has a double bed with panel heater and flatscreen tv. Two, twin rooms each have a panel heater making them lovely and warm. All beds are supplied with mattress and pillow protectors, quilts and pillows, however, bed linen is not included. You may bring your own or it can be hired for £5 for a double bed and £2.50 a single bed.

The bathroom has the luxury of a small bath with shower over.

Also available for no extra cost is a travel cot, hire chair, bed rail and stroller.

This caravan is on the popular area of Teak Bank, being close to the complex, but just far enough away to avoid any noise. A nice grassy plot with outdoor chairs provided.

Access to the beach is just across the road.

I offer any combination of night stays offering complete flexibility from 2 nights. Please ask for your particular requirements.

School summer holidays are Friday to Friday,  and is available for stays of 7 or 14 nights.  The caravan is usually available from 2.30 pm and check-out is 10.00 am, flexibility is available in non-peak times, just ask!

There is no smoking allowed in the caravan.

Golden Sands

The children will never be bored at Golden Sands; there are clubs for tots to teens, shows, fancy dress competitions and much more. The Funstar team do a great job of keeping all the children amused each and every day. There is of course, the famous Haven entertainment which includes Rory & the gang for the little ones, gameshows with the Funstars, bingo and live acts with some very well known names.

On site facilities include the fabulous brand new, £1.8million heated indoor and outdoor pools, which have features like aqua scooters and swimming lessons. There's also loads of outdoor sports such as soccer, basketball, archery, fencing, as well as go-karts, mini tenpin bowling and soft play area. There is a small fairground. The whole family has it all at Golden Sands

Also on site you will find laundry facilities, a convenience store, gift and hire shops, and a playground area for all ages.

A well stocked fishing lake is also located on the site, but a full rod licence is required.

There is also take away food on hand, fish & chips and Pappa Johns pizza. Why not enjoy a meal at the Mash & Barrel restuarant.

If you choose not to purchase Haven Entertainment passes, I can let you know of local places to enjoy food and entertainment. I will also let you know of any local events taking place during your stay.

Payment is preferably by bank transfer but will accept a cheque if more than 6 weeks till your holiday.

A £50 deposit/security bond is required to confirm your booking and must be recieved within 7 days of your booking or the booking may be re-let. Your deposit /security bond will ONLY be returned after the caravan has been checked  and that it is left how you found it, clean, tidy & no breakages or damage. Any evidence of smoking in the van will result in the loss of the bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY - APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone me in the first instance and NOTIFY ME IN WRITING within 3 days.

The security deposit is non-refundable in the event of  any cancellation. It is only refundable within 7 days of the end of your holiday, pending satisfactory caravan inspection.

Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to start of holiday; full refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation from 6 to 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; 50% refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; no refund.

Refunds are non-negotiable.

If the balance of your holiday is not received by 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, it may be cancelled and re-let with no notification.

The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Cash can be accepted if a very late booking.

BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A COMPLETED AND SIGNED BOOKING FORM.

Situated to the north of Lincolnshire's glorious coastline with it's unbroken tranquillity of the rural coast Golden Sands is a haven for nature lovers, birdwatchers, conservationist and the romantics amongst you.

The safe award winning blue flag sandy beach stretches for miles and is a giant playground just waiting for both children and adults alike.

Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.

And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
