Lovely 2 bedroom caravan on a spacious plot at the side of the park.

2 bedrooms, 1 double room with king size bed with ensuite and twin room. Centrally heated throughout. and with double glazing. Pull out sofa bed in the lounge.

Walk-in shower cubicle and additional toilet.

Fully fitted kitchen with a full size fridge freezer and dining area.

Comfortable seating with 24" flatscreen tv and dvd player. There will be a small selection of dvd's and games and books. Feature fire in lounge with central heating to all other rooms.

Situated on a very safe pitch with no passing traffic with patio area and garden table and chairs. This is ideal for safe play. The pitch is at the side of the main site with the complex a 5 minute walk.

All quilts, pillows and protectors are provided. Bed linen is not provided but can be provided for £8 per double bed/ £4 per single bed or you can bring your own.

Gas and electric is all included in your holiday price.

For your reassurance, the boiler is serviced annually and all electric items PAT tested as required. A smoke alarm, co2 alarm are present in the caravan.

I offer all variety of stays ranging from 3 - 14 days. Please just ask about any individual requirements.

A key may be left in a key safe at the caravan for your convenience.

7 DAY PASS - ADULT £52.00; CHILD £26.00; CAPPED AT £193.00.

3 OR 4 DAY PASS - ADULT £30.00; CHILD £16.00; CAPPED AT £124.00.

Play passes are subject to availability and are non-refundable. Facilities will only be open in line with the most recent local Government guidelines.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee the availability of the play passes and cannot be held liable should you not be able to purchase them on arrival.

Payment is preferably by bank transfer but will accept a cheque if more than 6 weeks till your holiday.

A £75 deposit/security bond is required to confirm your booking and must be recieved within 7 days of your booking or the booking may be re-let. Your deposit /security bond will ONLY be returned after the caravan has been checked  and that it is left how you found it, clean, tidy & no breakages or damage. Any evidence of smoking in the van will result in the loss of the bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY - APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone me in the first instance and NOTIFY ME IN WRITING within 3 days.

The security deposit is non-refundable in the event of  any cancellation. It is only refundable within 7 days of the end of your holiday, pending satisfactory caravan inspection.

Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to start of holiday; full refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation from 6 to 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; 50% refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; no refund.

Refunds are non-negotiable.

If the balance of your holiday is not received by 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, it may be cancelled and re-let with no notification.

The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Cash can be accepted if a very late booking.

BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A COMPLETED AND SIGNED BOOKING FORM.

HAVEN FUNWORKS PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE OF THE CARAVAN. 

These can be purchased on arrival, and I will complete a form for you to do this.

Situated to the north of Lincolnshire's glorious coastline with it's unbroken tranquillity of the rural coast Golden Sands is a haven for nature lovers, birdwatchers, conservationist and the romantics amongst you.

The safe award winning blue flag sandy beach stretches for miles and is a giant playground just waiting for both children and adults alike.

Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.

And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
