2017 ABI, 3 Bedroom prestige caravan fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday or short break.
12' x 39' with en-suite to the double bedroom and family shower and toilet.

Feature fire in lounge and centrally heated throughout. 43" smart, flat screen tv with freeview plus in the lounge and an additional tv in the double bedroom.

Fully fitted kitchen with ample size cooker, microwave, toaster and full size integrared fridge freezer.

All bedding and protectors are supplied but bed linen is not, it can be hired at £8 per double/£4 per single bed or you are very welcome to bring your own.
This caravan is very close to the complex and faciltities but is on a private plot with car parking bay at the side of the caravan.

Check in is 3.30 pm. Check out is 10 am.

Payment is preferably by bank transfer but will accept a cheque if more than 6 weeks till your holiday.

A £75 deposit/security bond is required to confirm your booking and must be recieved within 7 days of your booking or the booking may be re-let. Your deposit /security bond will ONLY be returned after the caravan has been checked  and that it is left how you found it, clean, tidy & no breakages or damage. Any evidence of smoking in the van will result in the loss of the bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY - APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone me in the first instance and NOTIFY ME IN WRITING within 3 days.

The security bond is non-refundable in the event of  any cancellation. It is only refundable within 7 days of the end of your holiday, pending satisfactory caravan inspection.

Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to start of holiday; full refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation from 6 to 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; 50% refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; no refund.

Refunds are non-negotiable.

If the balance of your holiday is not received by 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, it may be cancelled and re-let with no notification.

The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Cash can be accepted if a very late booking.

BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A COMPLETED AND SIGNED BOOKING FORM.

HAVENS PLAY PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED BUT MAY BE PURCHASED AT RECEPTION ON ARRIVAL. They cannot be guaranteed for private letting guests.

Play passes are subject to availability and are non-refundable. Facilities will only be open in line with the most recent local Government guidelines.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee the availability of the play passes and cannot be held liable should you not be able to purchase them on arrival.

Situated to the north of Lincolnshire's glorious coastline with it's unbroken tranquillity of the rural coast Golden Sands is a haven for nature lovers, birdwatchers, conservationist and the romantics amongst you.

The safe award winning blue flag sandy beach stretches for miles and is a giant playground just waiting for both children and adults alike.

Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.

And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
