Apart from all the leisure activities available at Rockley Park, including swimming pool and entertaiment, you can also explore nature on the lovely Ham Common heathland. A secluded beach on site right on the edge of Poole Harbour.

Poole Quay is also close by for bars, restaurants, shops and views of Poole Harbour. With easy access to Poole town, Bournemouth and the award-winning Sandbanks Beach.

Pets are allowed.  Parking space for 1-2 cars.

Our family owned caravan has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6.  Double sofa bed in lounge.

Our caravan is situated in a quiet part of the park with a short walk to the beach.

Our lounge area includes a 32" TV and DVD player as well as a remote contol fireplace to supplement the central heating, if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas fire, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. Crockery and pans, iron and board and cutlery are provided.

There is a dining table, bench and stool seats for lovely meals.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed with wardrobe and bedside tables.

The second bedroom has 2 small twin beds, wardrobe and bedside table.

The bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet, mirror above the sink and a radiator.

 A £100 non returnable deposit per booking is required when booking your holiday to be paid within 7 days of booking.  The balance is then due 4 weeks prior to your holiday. If your holiday is less than 4 weeks away from your booking date we would require full payment along with the returnable good housekeeping bond. When paying the balance of your holiday we require a £250 good house keeping bond.  This covers any breakages or extra cleaning which may be required.  This will be refunded shortly after your holiday once the caravan has been checked.

Dogs are welcome at no extra charge but must not be left alone in the caravan.

We prefer payment by bank transfer.
