A lovely cosy sunny van, situated on a quite location. 
The van itself has a open plain living area, there is a gas fire, HD smart tv and DVD player. A fully fitted kitchen, including Gas oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses. There is also a clothes airer, iron and ironing board.

The bathroom consists of a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.  There is also a separate cloakroom which has a toilet and hand basin.

Outside there is a large south facing decking area with gate. Table and chairs. There is also space for two cars. 
Situated a short walk from on-site indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool (open from may till October) arcade, play area and club house, with nightly entertainment. The beach and funfair is a 10 minute walk away. 
There is also a large Tesco a short walk away. 
Entertainment and swimming passes are available from reception. A 7 day pass is around £57 for 8 people.(2022)

High chair and travel cot can be provided at a small charge.  
Sadly no hen or stag parties.

Check in after 4pm and check out by 10am. These time can be flexible, please message me.

A non refundable deposit of £50 will be required at time of booking to secure your holiday,with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before your date of arrival.

A £50 refundable security deposit on all bookings before arrival, this will be refunded within days of checking out provided the caravan is left in same condition as when arrived. No damage or excess cleaning.
